Liars! Hunter, a salesperson in used cars. Joe in service. Nick Samuel, the PreOwned Sales Manger Jessie, in Financing. I purchased a car in March. Also paid for my Kia to be Certified Pre-Owned to get an additional warranty. I recently called a local service department and was told that there was no records showing my Kia was Certified Pre-Owned. I called Hunter who said all was a mistake and would be correct. I spoke to Troy in Service, he said it was "in the system". We called 2 local dealers and again no records supporting the vehicle was covered with warranty. Troy never called to confirm the issue was corrected, so we called Troy in service. Troy told me he was the "middle man" that he was just doing me a favor and to call Jessie in financing. I called Jessie in financing, he told me all would be corrected and in the system by Friday, but to wait to make sure all was cycled through and he would call me on Monday. I waited till Wednesday and called and spoke to Hunter. He assured me all was okay. That a manager had left and my information was never entered into Kias website by the manager that left. I entered a compliant onto Joe Myers website. I get a follow up email from Nick Samuel on July 22. He indicates that there was an error by Kia registering the vehicle. He confirms the 150 point inspection was completed and to give 1-2 days to forward my paperwork. As of July 27 no response on my paperwork. Today, I get an email from Jason Proios indicating that the vehicle is not eligible to be certified. So, be aware they do not tell you the truth.

I recently realized I had a completely flat tire, while at work and called roadside assistance to have taken to this dealership for a new tire (kia soul came with no spare tire apparently). I spoke to Troy in the service dept. before having it taken there. Approximately 4:30 pm, he calls and tells me ," we dont have a tire to fit your car........." Ummm, what? Its a kia car , at a kia dealership and they dont have a tire and they knew I was coming. Im beginning to panic because I cant get home, if I have no car and apparently they dont do loaners, but Troy suggested I go down the street and pay for my own rental car. How about no! He reluctantly found a spare and I had to return the very next morning to have a new tire put on. I sat in the waiting area for over and hour and here comes Troy to tell me that my tire sensor gauge is broken. Well, it wasnt broken before but they suggested I mustve driven on it for 10 miles or more flat! Really? I left angry and late for work and decide to deal with it after I cooled off. I tried to contact the GM for about 2 weeks, leaving voice mails, emailing, etc. Finally I spoke to him and he was aware of the situation (and not too concerned) and to call him back on Monday because Saturday was not the day to deal with these things. Ive called around and apparently they are making a huge deal over a $60 retail part. Ive decided to end the fight because this is simply not worth the heartache. Life is too short to work with people who dont deserve your business.

I am currently a full time student-athlete in college as well as juggling a job. I was lucky enough to get my dad to look up dealerships in Houston because I was in desperate need of a new vehicle, due to mine approaching death, and I did not have time to look around. My dad stumbled upon Hung Pham at Joe Myers Kia and was instantly quoted an unbelievable price via email. I was skeptical because this was going to be my first time ever purchasing and financing a car and I am all to familiar with sleazy car-salesmen. When I left Houston in my new Kia Soul I felt like I was on cloud nine. Not only did Mr. Pham help me with an awesome price, but the Fiance Department worked with me getting an insanely low APR and monthly payment. Also Mr.Pham helped my parents upgrade their Kia Soul from a 2010 to a 2013 with ease. My dad was speechless on how much they worked with us. This was my first car buying experience and it was so painless. I would recommend getting your next vehicle through Hung Pham and ask for Jerry Jones in the Finance Department. I will defiantly be purchasing all my cars through Mr. Pham!! Thanks so much Hung Pham and Jerry Jones!!

Hung Pham was my sales consultant at Joe Myers and he did an awesome job of assisting me with a new Kia Optima. I realize a lot of people can have a variety of experiences..but I have to say after visiting Kia dealerships throughout the Houston and Austin Area I found Joe Myers Kia to be the best to work with – specifically Hung Pham. The products all come from the same factory so the difference has to the be the people. Pricing was clear, direct and importantly competitive. As we worked through the deal I always felt that Hung was trying to find a solution that would work for me. He was diligent without being aggressive, courteous beyond expectations, even giving me a ride so I could drop off my rental, and very thorough in his product knowledge. This last item really helped to get me into the right model of KIA that would fit my needs. I wouldn’t write the review if it were not for the very positive experience in this purchase and I highly recommend Hung Pham at Fred Myers if you are purchasing a new car . Marc

This was a completely awesome experience. Naturally, I was very skeptical of the car buying experience as a whole. You always hear such horror stories! I began by submitting an application online with Joe Meyers Kia, pretty much on a whim. I was contacted via phone and email by Hung Pham. Normally this is something I would just blow off as a lost cause, but for some reason I decided to take a chance. Im so, SO glad I did! Hung Pham was the antithesis of what you expect in a car salesman. He was patient, accommodating, and unbelievably helpful. I dont have bad credit, I just dont have any, and I figured that would make it impossible to finance me. Not true, at least not for Hung. He got me into the car I wanted for a price I was comfortable with. Nathan in financing was also wonderful, helping me to feel completely taken care of. This is my first car purchased, and I will never go anywhere else or buy from anyone but Hung. A big thank you to him!
