Ive taken my car in a handful of times now and I love the great customer service. The owner, Nick, is friendly and explains to me whats going wrong with my car and what they need to fix, which is great for me since I dont know much about cars. A couple months ago I had to buy a car on my own for the first time and took 2 cars I was thinking of buying into Padron to inspect and he took off half the price he usually charges since it didnt take them that long. He also gave me advice on how to negotiate and showed me the NADA website on what should be the asking price. I recently drove through some flooded streets and an engine belt got wet and made a horrible noise when I drove the next day. I was planning to drive out of town for the weekend so I took it in and once he knew there was an available part in town they got it replaced within an hour. The waiting area is very clean, modern and they offer drinks, seating, a clean bathroom, and suckers for kids (and adults, Im sure). Highly recommend you check them out!

I went in asking for a tire alignment. After my tires were aligned, the problem persisted. Nick Padron worked with me over the next week, going well out of his way to talk to me repeatedly on the phone, go on a ride-along with me, and take my vehicle to another shop for a second opinion. He maintained the utmost respect and offered to show me, in person, what hed done with my car and always ensured I was in the loop and on-board with the steps we were taking. We figured out what was wrong and got it fixed and he only ended up charging me for the original alignment, although I had taken up much more of his time. I would give Nick and his business 10 stars if I could. I will be taking my business there in the future. Its obvious that he takes great pride in his business, excelling customer service and quality repairs.

Brought my car to them. They saved me $50 on the part that need fixing. That was great. My car started acting up again so my hubby took it back to get it looked at. When he went back the guy told him "your wife gave us a bad review". Which I gave them an 8 and said I would recommend them to a friend. Only due to the fact it took them an extra day. So we left the car there. Close to closing time we stopped into see the verdict. Only to find out they wanted to keep it overnight. Again no phone call to warn us they needed extra time. The reason they got an 8...next day took the car back. Twenty minutes later he called and said its a transmission code error. Tune up may work but he need to run a diagnostic on it. $100. Again a week later. Thanks but no thanks say bye to your 5 stars. BBB is my next call.

Weve been using Mr. Padron since he opened. He is always very professional and friendly. He charges about the same as other shops in the area, perhaps 5-10% more on some jobs, but he is *HONEST* and to me thats worth it. If he figures out that your car does not need an expensive repair he will tell you so, even if you have already committed to paying for it. Many shops would just go ahead and do the more expensive repair because you would never know the difference anyway but thats not how Mr. Padron operates. You never have to worry that he will try to sell you on unnecessary repairs when hes got your car. He does offer a discount on his labor rate if you are a state employee, so make sure to take your badge in with you when you drop your car off.

Ive had issues with my car for the last two and a half years, which has resulted in spending over a thousand dollars in repairs, but nothing improved. I decided to go to Padron for an oil change and was treated so well, I decided to inquire about other repairs. Nick identified some issues, we developed a plan together on how to address the problems based on my budget, and I am happy to say my car is running great! Such good customer service. Fair. Honest and treated me with respect. Check them out. Youll be glad you did.

I would highly recommend Padron Automotive for any all car related problems. Nick goes out of his way to provide honest, reliable and excellent service. I have been taking my vehicle there since they opened and I will not take my vehicle any place else. Nick does not do more than is needed and if there is something else, he always calls to let me know what is wrong along with the option to go ahead with the repairs or not.

Stuck 4 hours from home, Nick had the opportunity to take advantage of a very needy situation. Instead, he and his crew went out of their way to get me back on the road and worked after closing time. Nick is one of the few Go to guys I know and trust. Being a girl, hes not a man who wants to sell me Blinker fluid and treats my precious Tazer and me, with great knowledge, care and insight. Not many Car Repair Shops can compete with that. Also, enjoy the Location of the Shop. Very convenient to Downtown.
