Was told my air filter was dirty. I opted to replace it myself. Bought a new air filter from a local supply house, and when I pulled my "dirty" filter out, it was barely soiled. The process to access my trucks air filter requires unplugging one sensor, loosening one worm clamp, and releasing three latches. How lazy must a tech be to just claim the filter is dirty without looking??? There was no indication any of these items had been touched. OR, and I feel this it what was going on, were they just trying to make money on up selling unnecessary parts/repairs?!?! Bottom line, Ill be using a different Quick Lane from now on. This location is dead to me. And dealerships wonder why people call them stealerships....

Came in twice previously to get an oil change but unfortunately was unable to get in due to the fact that their technicians had gone home sick. It was an unfortunate situation, but the manager did everything in her power to make it right. I came in this morning and was compd The Works on my truck. 5 stars all around, and the excellent customer service was much appreciated. I have been bringing my vehicles here for 3 years now and this is precisely the reason why I will continue to do so. Keep up the good work.

Do not recomend! They treat customer cars like garbage! I came in for a routine oil change, when I left, I noticed that my left foot was rubbing on something when I tried to step on the clutch, at some points I was unable to get to the clutch and had to move my foot around. When I got home I looked at the pedals and I saw that they had somehow bent the mounting that attaches my OBD 2 port to the car, I tried to put it back but couldnt, Im sure that they had to of kicked it hard to get it to where it is now.

Wed lunch time not busy at all... looks like they push a lot of papers however. Got in and out 30 min for an oil change on a 7.3l diesel. Nice. Would not wait if there was a line. All ok today.

Ive been here a few times. Dont come on Fridays. When they are busy customer service goes down the drain. They were really defensive with me for no reason. Other experiences have been fine.
