I must say DealsTiger Initially my aunt (one of the below reviews) was quite insulted when you posted that hers (among the others) were fakes, so -to-speak. But then I read further...you have negative reviews for everything you have left a post on. It would seem that no one can measure up to your standards. Whatever issues you had at this place, is no reason to attack the below below that have had genuine experiences and care enough to make it a point to show appreciation. in regards to your statement about the place itself (which i cannot comment on your experience as i was not there at the time) what I can say is 1) no other brakes place will ever even advertise $99.88 and while i have seen them attempt to sell customers more stuff, when I was there with my aunt i saw several people leave with only the 99.88 special...granted the man at the counter said it voided their warrenty, but that is only logical if there are other things wrong with your care that will mess up the parts they put onto it.. they shouldnt have to warrenty things on the igorance of people that dont want to fix their car... that being said we are all aware of the games that every mechanic shop tries... but when it comes to my safety, i would rather be safe than sorry. maybe i could have gone without a couple of those things that i purchased during my visit, but i know my car will be taken care of when i go back. 2) "Please do yourself a big favor and go to your car original dealership and see how much it will cost and what should be replaced (you will be shocked). Also, go to Oreilly (where they get their parts from) and see how much the lowest end parts will cost (they also have special discount!)" to this comment... all i can say is, my dealership charges more than ANY auto care places do for brake jobs... what place do you go to? i would like to know so that i can purchase my next car from them if they do cheaper work...uh but better quality... also, when you go to a resturant and you order a steak and side of potatoes... its more expensive than if you went to the store and bought the steak and potatoes yourself to take home and cook.. of couse it will be but I would assume that mechanical work is of the same consideration in that we pay for the service and the labor that we dont want to do/or cant do ourselves... I know i am not capable of putting new brake pads on my car, thats why i take it to get it fixed.... I run a tanning salon and although we are there for the customer and we want to appease them... there are certain regulations that I MUST follow for the safety of the customer.. i dont care if they want to be as orange as the sun.. its not going to happen in one day. I refuse... I get so many customers that try and tell me I dont know what i am doing because they are the customers and they are always right.. i bring this up because i heard the same when i was waititng for my car to be fixed... the igorance that people portray when speaking to someone that is obviously a specialist in that field, or they wouldnt be there. In short, Im sorry YOU had a bad experience, but my aunt and I had a really great one and I would appreciate it if, in your anger with the company, you didnt trivilize her posting Now for My post: I didnt have any problems there and as a woman i have to be careful i dont get screwed over in places like that, but I felt very comfortable with them when they were informing me about my car AND made it a point to explain every little detail with no problems, even though i ask a million and one questions, they were happy to answer...

I am a very happy customer at my experience with this location. I was referred to this location after a very, very bad experience at my local JustBrakes location. I will not go into detail or reveal the location, but after that experience my wife and I were about to give up with the company. My wife complained to Corporate about the recent visit, detailing that weve been there before multiple times without any problems except for one service that took a little longer than what we were told. Someone from Corporate contacted us, took down our complaints of what we experienced, and told us theyd be willing to offer us a service that we knew we needed done on the vehicle, at no cost to us due our previous loyalty with the company, and on behalf of the absolutely terrifying and neglectful service we got at our local store. Rich, the manager at this location, as well as his trusted technician Chad, deeply apologized to my wife and I about our experience with our local location and wanted us to give them a second chance and to not think of them with a negative opinion. They promptly scheduled an appointment with me, picked me up/dropped me off at work (due to us only owning the one vehicle), and called me every hour letting me know the status of the service I was receiving. Not only did they do what they promised me in repairs/service in a timely fashion, but they also pointed out and did repair/service work that my previous location didnt even do yet charged me for! In addition, they didnt try to propose to me needless repairs and services that some repair shops try to do to unsuspecting/uninformed customers. The team at this location renewed my faith with the company. My recent visit/service has set in my mind a standard to how every customer should be treated. Thank you guys very very much, my wife and I will certainly be getting more service done here at this location!

Thieves and will break your car: this is the least I can say after deep fair thinking. First, they definitely do not know their job; they broke two cars on the same day in addition to my car (try yourself!) I have no doubt that the good reviews were written by the employees themselves. Second, talking about corporates screwing people up, this is the best example I have ever seen in my life. You will realize that once you go there and get the quote which will never ever be $99! Of course, regardless of your car model, you will be told that you have special breaks that are not in stock. They will claim that you will need all the accessories even if they are new. If it was $500, then you are even among the luckiest. The biggest problem is that they will throw away the good genuine parts and put cheap junk instead. Please do yourself a big favor and go to your car original dealership and see how much it will cost and what should be replaced (you will be shocked). Also, go to Oreilly (where they get their parts from) and see how much the lowest end parts will cost (they also have special discount!). I do not know about the other locations, but if you went to this one, you would really be brave!

Edit: (Original below line) My A/C didnt work. I brought it in and they "fixed" it and I went home. Then, after paying $220 for them to add a 1/2 can of refrigerant, I was disappointed that when I drove my car the next morning it had no A/C again. I brought it back in, and talked to the same guy before (Jody) and he said that if that didnt work then I had a leak somewhere and they had to test it. So they tested it and found that the condenser was broken, and had to replace it. Another $600 for that, and its working again. Overall: They fixed what was broken, but it took two tries when it probably should have taken one, and I feel ripped off from the first service. -------------------- (Original review, written the first day) Im happy with the speed. I had a broken A/C and was sweating in my car on the drive over here, and Jody got it working again in less than 20 minutes. More expensive than I expected for a can of refrigerant though.
