My visit to Gullo Ford was to be just a scouting expedition. It was to be the first visits to several other dealerships. Robert Stephens was my salesperson, and he was perfect in the way he approached me. He was courteous, he was very personable without falling all over me and sincere. We looked at several Vehicles, new and used. He knew I needed did not make me feel so vulnerable to larger cars and did not make me feel like I was sitting on the ground. I knew I couldnt get one that whats it up as high as an F-150 which I have been driving for 10 years but he sure got close. He suggested the Escape or the Edge. There were some in the used lot that I drove and really liked but he pointed out that a new one was only about $2,000 more. And as I considered buying a new one instead of a used one he did not push me either way. He let me choose what was right for me. He watched out for me, did not try to push me into something I either didnt want or couldnt afford. What he did suggest was in the parameters of what I needed, wanted and could afford. And after all of that and I decided to buy the Escape, I told him I didnt need Ford Credit that my credit union had already okayed whatever I needed. After discussing the finances for a little bit he suggested I talk to your finance lady was able to put me in the vehicle using the 0% down 0% interest deal you had at the time. Robert was such a good salesman by not selling to me but listening to everything I said and did not use the sale to his benefit but tonight. He was so good and I liked him so well that within 1 to 2 weeks my daughter came and bought a used vehicle from him! I would definitely recommend him again to family and two friends as well as two strangers LOL. You found a gym when you found Robert Stephens because he looks out for his customers never thinking about what it would mean to him and his pocket. Thank you for this because for the first time in my life buying a car was not a painful for me! It was a wonderful, joyful and happy, and laid-back experience. As long as you have people like Robert around you will have my business! Buying a new or used vehicle Kama service on whatever I buy, and sending you other customers without worrying that I would be embarrassed about how they were treated. Thank you thank you thank you. I would give them ZERO stars if I could. We dropped off our truck and told them we needed an oil change and to check everything because we were headed out on a long trip in a few days. We also asked them to trouble shoot the AC and fix the 4 wheel drive. (Seems like all mechanical problems happen at once.) Shaun told us they put dye in the AC line and recharged the coolant in the AC. He quoted us $900 to fix the 4 wheel drive (transfer case issue). I wanted a second opinion so I took it to Christopher Auto. They gave me an estimate of $425 to fix 4 x 4 WITH OEM parts. He checked the AC for a leak in the line. No leaks. He said the coolant was 4 pounds low. He pulled all of the old coolant out and guess what - NO DYE was in the system! Since it was 4 pounds low the very next day and I had no leak, it seems they did not add any coolant to it as they said they did (and charged me for!). >:-[ Christopher Auto also told me why it wasnt cooling on the passenger side is because a motor was out on the passenger side. Shaun from Gullo told me it could be $1500 to fix the AC because he would have to drop the dash if it was a blend door motor behind the dash (and based on their 4 x 4 estimate you know that is where they would say the problem was). Christopher Auto fixed replaced the motor for $200 using OEM parts. Furthermore, Christopher Auto said my serpentine belt was cracked right down the middle and if we were planning on going on a trip we should replace it. Drew (the Christopher Auto mechanic) said, he wouldnt feel good letting us leave with it cracked and he kept the belt to show us the crack. Gullo had every intention of extorting as much money as possible from me. They told me the performed work they did not (i.e. The dye in the AC system) and they neglected to fix something very important that could have left me stranded on the side of the road (with a trailer no less)! I will NEVER set foot in that place again. And the next new Ford truck I buy will be from a different dealership! I will not do any business with people who are not honest and do not properly check my vehicle.

I went here one eveming and left to go to another dealer. The next dealer tried to get me to sign ridiculous purchase agreements which is Mac Haik. Gullo Ford talk me into coming back to the dealership even though they werent willing to go down on the price but they seemed more customer oriented. Well the whole negotiation process took hours which is ridiculous they would keep looking over at me just making me wait for no reason. I dont know why exactly they made me wait so long everytime. Then when I asked about my 250 dollar down payment assistance they claimed it was already in the deal which I never seen it. The I asked about my 500 school credit again they alleged it was already in the paperwork which it was not. Then when they get done with that its time to go to the finance lady. This lady doesnt know whats going on at all. They put my cosigners name as primary which she claimed it was just the way they put it in the computer. I took the papers for my cosigner to sign and when I return them instead ofgiving me my copy they say oh we will mail them to you which is a lie they are going to mail them to my cosigner because she is the primary on the vehicle. Then I get a call that we are supposed to sign something else and they were mailing it to me. Which I am still waiting on the claim it was overnighted to my address but I never received it. I was completely lied to about the whole way my vehicle was being financed and it is ridiculous. I would never buy anything from this place again. If I could return this vehicle I would right now.

9/22/2016: After more than a week of stress and spending money in the truck that we just bought, Tyrell and Willy took control of the situation taking responsibility for what happened and re-checking the truck again ensuring that all was in perfect conditions. Willy also committed to re- reimburse the money spent on the fixing of the truck. Im still waiting to receive the money by mail, but I trust in his word since they offered an excellent customer service after all this mess. ** Do not buy your car from this dealership ever!!! I bought a used truck less than a week ago (last Tuesday), Tyrel (the sale person) promised that the truck was in good conditions, he also assured me that the truck passed all 41 point inspection. I went to the Crystal Beach Saturday (4 days after the purchase) and the truck just died in the middle of the road!!! Find a tow and mechanic the same day an ended up the truck had major electrical issues, the ignition was bad, it has a leak in the radiator etc...Do not buy your car from this dealership!!! . I called them complaining about all this issues and their answer was "Gullo has nothing to do with those issues". They have no ethics or service. They lie to clients in order to just sell the cars. It is ridiculous. I have never known a car dealership to lie so flagrantly. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Especially Tyrell. Finally Tyrel is will called me ba and is willing to help me, I will keep posting the updates about how Gullo dealer really take care of his clients.**
