If you like good personal service, where the owner or one of his team members actually take the time to discuss what is wrong, then this is the place for you to go….but if you like stuffy and having to stand around waiting on someone to just say hello to you…then this is not the place for you…. Seriously……I’ve gone to “ the corporate” BMW facility several times, just not my cup of tea….I just went there because I had to..the one thing I did enjoy was the coffee maker…but that was not enough for me….some high priced coffee. When I stumble upon NH Beemer, thought I’d give em a shot, and glad I did….anytime I’ve had a need the mechanic talks to me, or Edgar or Alex sit down and we go over the situation and we go from there. They are very professional with that touch that makes you feel like you are doing business with a friend, versus just doing business with a vendor. They offer solutions and Edgar was one of the most sought after mechanics out of school many years ago. When you own a high value car, we all know you have to take care of your asset and that entails spending money, and I really feel like w/ Edgar’s team that I am getting the best value for my money. Oh and about the coffee, if you like good Columbian coffee, am sure Edgar can whip you up a pot of strong, excellent coffee. You need to give these guys a try…they are all pro’s with many many years experience…they are the right solution, and they really make your experience a positive one.

As a car enthusiast I have always had a true appreciation for these BMWs but am also aware of the stigma often associated with their maintenance. I am the proud owner of an 03 745Li & 07 335i and done my fair share of maintenance to keep them road worthy. While I do most of own service work and troubleshooting there is no way I could have done this without Edgar and his team of technicians. I have had many personal conversations with Edgar and each time he has confirmed that I have made the best choice to leave my vehicles in the hands of his capable technicians. This team has truly gone above and beyond any bar that any automotive shop has established. And I say this as a 4yr military diesel mechanic (E-5) and registered TX Professional Engineer, Edgar and his team are as good as they come. With that said, I will still continue to bring in my vehicles for any service that is out of my capability and leave it to these true professionals. As far I am concerned, this is the only local shop that I would allow to work on any of my current or future BMW vehicles. Thank you Edgar for your hard relentless pursuit to make each and ever customer who either calls or walks in to your doors feel as though they have made the right choice. Owner, Edgar Tello, is honest, professional and gets it done. I had a major issue with my 550i two years ago and after going through multiple repairs (based on error codes and BMW recommended repairs) Edgar finally figured it out and my 550i has been running perfectly since then. His prices are at least 50% lower than the dealership and he and his team are mostly long time BMW repair guys, so you get the quality, experience from the dealerships. Difference is the service is much more personal, timely and they will work with you from major repairs to regular maintenance. Even though its a drive for me to get there from Cypress, I never hesitate when its time for a lube or other repairs. I will only use NH Beemer. If only they could build a shop in Cypress, that would earn them six stars!

My wife was having issues with her starter on her (E90) 328i, Marcelo quickly diagnosed the problem and emailed me an invoice for the work. Included were some other issues he felt we should address before they created additional problems. After discussing the issues over the phone, I felt no additional pressure to have the extra work done, Marcelo only offered sound advice and offered to address the issues at a later date. I decided to have all the issues addressed. During the completion of the agreed to work, a few minor issues came to light, because these issues were not agreed to previously, NHB agreed to repair the issues at a reduced rate. I could not ask for better service. My wife and I were very pleased with the honest and reasonable service they provided.

North Houston Beemer for me has sets the bar high for BMW corporate facilities…These guys are elite! I brought my first BMW for a pre-purchase inspection after little research. Edgar and his team are extremely knowledgeable, customer service oriented and pay attention to detail regardless that time was limited for both of us. A potentially major issue was identified and Edgar and his team were able to resolve and with work ethics above most facilities. They did make an exception and worked over to make sure my vehicle was safe for me to be able to head back up north. As one reviewer mentioned, “If you like a no hassle, straight shooter, stand up management and reputable shop, come to North Houston Beemer.” I concur 100%.

I own a 2008 BMW 550I. After a recent towing incident, I was told by the dealership I needed a front end alignment. I called and spoke with Alex at 7:45AM and he told me that he could fit me in at 9AM same day. When I arrived, Alex explained the process and said they would offer a free alignment check just to make sure I needed it. When they discovered how far out of alignment my LF wheel was, they called me out to show me on their computer. Pretty cool technology! I was very pleased with the service as well as the friendliness of staff. The waiting room is very comfortable and I was able to work from my pc while I waited. I will certainly use & recommend North Houston Beemer to colleagues.

As a person who normally does his own car repair work, it was very refreshing to work with Edgar and Marcello concerning my 2001 E39 M5. These guys are top notch and I will most definitely use them again. I brought my car in for them to do control and thrust arms and couldn’t be more pleased with the work and additional recommendations. So pleased, I plan on bringing in my 2005 325ci for some work needed. I highly recommend North Houston Beemer and this is coming from a guy who almost never takes his car in for repairs since I don’t trust most auto repair shops. I would add that I live in the Jersey Village area and thought so highly of these guys, it was worth the 50 mile round trip twice.

Edgar and Alex are two guys, at Noth Beemer & Mini, that go out of their way to make sure that the entire experience form dropping off your car to be serviced to picking it up goes as smoothly as possible. They will tackle any problem that comes up and makes sure that you know everything that is being done before they do it. I have taken my 335i there now 5 times for service and have always been satisfied. There is a great team of master mechanics that take pride in there work and getting it done in a timely order. I have never waited more than one day to get my car back. I highly recommend North Houston Beemer for any BMW or Mini service.
