I just had a break job at this shop. I was quoted a price of $159.00 for brakes and 55.00 for an oil change. When I arrived I was then told $159.00 for the front and the same for the back. I said thats not what you told me on the phone. He said, OK Ill work with you on a better price on that. I believe the man and left my truck. So, $318.00 for brakes and $55.00 for an oil change less the work with you amount.. When I went to pick up my truck they told me a price over $450.00. I told them I wouldnt pay that and of course the guy, Josh, I had spoke with wasnt there at the moment. After going through the invoice on his computer A man named Nik said Ill eliminate this, this, this, and this, OK that will be $391.09. I paid it. So, if you want work done here, get the price in writing!

Well I worked for just brakes for about 2 years I came here because if a transfer the 2 weeks I am here Joe lies me the day after Easter saying 19 people got layed off not true I calledvthe district manager he told me they wanted me to go to louitta I was there 2 weeks when the boss steals my tools wile I was not able to work do to a car accident as far they charge d me for a uniform I didnt receive I have all the info recorded phone calls saying everything Joe does not have a license and as far as Jody he as no integrity lier and a thief take n from me this not inspire but I would just let u know from someone once on the inside markup is really high but thats the slogan the really do care about your money I wont tilll I get my tools free Dom speech motorfucket

DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS JUST BRAKES IN CONROE!! By far the worst bait and switch job ever done to me. They take all of your parts off of your vehicle and tell you a price and get your approval to move forward and when it is done they tell you they had to do alot more and charge me another $1,000. They keep a guy in their waiting room to talk about how great is there posing as a customer so you "can trust them" and then when all is said and done they charge you more than twice what the quote was. I couldnt afford to pay the much higher price and they kept calling me saying they needed to turn in the paperwork, when really they had to pay everyone from my my job. I finally had to get a loan to get the vehicle from them since their was nothing i could do.

Well after reading some of the negative reviews, I decided I would go ahead and make an appointment with Just Brakes to have the brakes repaired. I believe some reviews are based on the consumers opinion and I believe in seeking the truth before forming my opinion on service. I mentioned to the manager Josh, that the reviews on line we very negative, he stated that they have taken several steps to improve upon the reviews, including training of staff, etc. My experience today was excellent, they were professional, provided me with a quote and asked if I was inagreement, prior to servicing my car. I actually paid the amount quoted. Yes, I would recommend Just Brakes Conroe location for brake repairs. Thank you,

I went in for an oil change and was told that my van need many of the fluids changed and I needed new brakes as well as shocks and struts. I took it straight to the dealer once I left there to be told everything was fine. None of the fluids were dirty, the brakes had 50% left on the front and were new on the back and the shocks and struts were just fine. With the oil change I was suppose to have a tire rotation and there was one of my tires that was more worn than the others and after I was told they rotated them I could see that they were in the exact same place as when I drove in. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone.

At first I was a little scared based on the reviews. I spoke with the manager about a quote and was amazed at the price. Took it in and made it clear that I wanted the work I agreed on and for that price. I was a bit upset when they called me and the price had changed higher than expected. The manager came the next day to me to make it right. I am very pleased with the service and would tell anyone to go there. If you have any issues you should contact him. He is very honest and this is possibly the best customer service I have ever gotten anywhere. He will make it right.

Place tried to scam me about 5 years ago, some horse crap about magic crystalized brake system gonna cost me 1200 bucks. Then the douche bags tried to threaten me saying driving it would kill me. Needless to say after I got my car away from those scumbag ass clowns and did the pads myself for less than a hundred I drove that car three more years no problem and sold it. I still see it driving around my area! Avoid this crap hole!!! Full of snake eyed r-tards!!!

For now 2 stars & when I get my refund, Ill come back & edit. Joe the thieving liar manager was terminated today for stealing $1000 from me & trying to steal it from the company. The management team, district manager Omar & Abel worked very hard to help me. Idk if Ill go back because Im still wounded, but one bit of advice! Always, ALWAYS INSIST you get your old parts back even if they tell you theres a core charge. Take it back & get your core money yourself!

I have a 2013 nissan murano service at this location, fronts and back cost me nearly $700 but only last for 4month everything shaking when brakes, when i got oil change at nissan dealership they check and said the brakes shoe every bad, they replace and let me see the old part they taking out the vehicle, the back plate of the shoe had fallen off, will not coming and will suggest everyone not come to this places for brakes.

NEVER NEVER EVER go to this place to get your brakes done! They severely overcharged to fix my brakes on my truck and then when I had my mechanic father in law check it because I was still having problems they had not even bled my brakes and left air in the whole brake system and caused one of my good rotors to be ruined!

Great service and pricing. Employees are nice and explain whats wrong very well. The manager is very helpful. My car is really messed up and theyve been helping me fix it and stay on top of it. I love just brakes

Went to get my brakes checked and got called "girl" three times by the elderly man. I finally had to ask him why he calls the males "sir" and why does he keep calling me "girl". Never going back there again.
