Absolutely horrible service. Took advantage of the fact that Im a female clearly. Came in to get brake pads done and fix whatever was causing my brakes to squeak when Id initially start driving my car. They charged me 280 for service on rotors and new front and rear brake pads. Told if any problems just come back because it was under a 90 day warranty. A week later brakes were still squeaking but now they squeaked the entire time I was driving my car. Went to another location off hwy6 and was told it would cost additional for them to fix the issue even thought they never fixed the problem to begin with. Turns out it was a simple fix. They didnt tighten the screws on my rotors and they did not put some part that only costs like $5 behind my breaks. My brother in law was able to fix the issue for less than $20. Very disappointed ! Im sure they did this intentionally so Id have to come back and spend more

Got a brake job and replaced shocks. Thanks to the helpful and friendly people at just brakes I saved my car from furthur damage. The staff is pretty informative and the inspection is thorough. They tell you all that needs be done inorder to have a problem free car, including engine diagnostics. I definitely recommend doing business with the folks at 1300 Fm 1960 rd W because they took care of my car and the lifetime warranty is just icing on the cake. I appreciate their time and effort to keep me informed about the vehicle. Thanks just brakes!

Rip off! The longer I stayed the more expressive it got and when I told them to put all back together they held me there talking till they can convince me. Then they took 4 hours doing the work. It was 2 years old! The rotors were not damaged nor worn down. They didnt even put new hardware on after I paid for it. Manager and Machanic said they forgot and said to wait till next time. The dealership might not sound like a bad idea anymore!

Really bad shop did not knoe how to change 22 tires had to take them to another shop and had to wait for almost 3 hours just to change the 4 tires it is a really bad place it was my first time there and for sure my last one not recommend going to this shop.

I concur with the other negative reviews for this location. I too was looking for an inexpensive way to simply replace my brake pads and machine rotors. Only to have them attempt bully tactics to get me to allow them other unnecessary work.

Customer service was excellent didnt try to sell me on anything I did not need. Was very very nice and even went down on the price. Awesome. Midas was going to charge me $400 I am paying less than half that. Sweet

This is the worst place I been at over price they try to charge me 200 dollars for a part that cost only 60 dollars and they wanted to keep the car for days

It took them 3,5 hours to replace rotors and brake pads. There were no customers and I dont wonder why.
