My name is Vincent. I brought my BMW 335i in for a major repair thinking it would cost me thousands of dollars. I read a few review and decide to test out European Star Motors. First impression, Stefan has a very nice Shop. It looks more like a Displace of Exotic Cars rather than a Auto repair Shop. I thought it would cost me so much to fix my car here since this Shop is so nice. Turn out: I got the First class services and pay a very reasonable price. Stefan give me detail information of what wrong with the car. I accidently hit a curve and broke both of the wheels and mess up all the tires and all the sensors in the vehicle. Stefan was so knowledgeable about BMW and explain what to fix only. He even offer me a special discount for first time Customer. He gave me a quote and end up fixing the car less than what he quote. I DID NOT PAY EVEN A THOUSAND DOLLAR, alot less than what I think I have to pay. I really think that Stafan is doing business because he loves it, and its his hobby. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND ANYONE WITH BMW AND MERCEDES TO BRING THEIR CARS TO THIS SHOP. Stefan, thanks so much for taking care and get my baby, the BMW 335i, back to its original glory. Its fast and smooth again like new.

We have been going to Stefan for approximately 15 years, he is honest, fair, and goes out of his way to provide customer service. We have had service performed on our BMWs through the years, and I am always impressed with the professionalism, and honesty from Stefan. When you can find a fair and honest auto repair shop, you stick with them, that is why we have gone to Stefan all these years. He knows BMWs, Mercedes, etc much better than the corporate chains, this has resulted in cost savings for us in the long run. Twice in the past 15 years I took our vehicle somewhere else, and both times it was a disaster, and ended up taking the vehicle back to Stefan to get fixed correcty. He will not use cheap or bad quality parts just to save a couple dollars, he always uses the highest quality parts, and does a great job. He has always given a good estimate, with no suprises, and usually finishes the work sooner than promised. Our cars were not just low mileage with standard maintenace. We routinely keep our BMWs well past 200k, so we have relied on Stefan to keep them road worthy and safe. I couldnt be happier with Stefan and European Star Motors, and will continue to take my cars to him in the future

I began looking for a mechanic to fix my BMW X5 after having multiple trips to the dealership. The BMW dealership told me I had a problem with my car that would cost over $1,500 to repair, amongst other issues. I had just paid BMW $2,000 two months before repairing my car. I came across European Star Motors and was beyond pleased with my experience. My car was inspected and drove by one of their mechanics, and no issues were found. The mechanic was extremely honest and called me throughout the whole process. I was extremely surprised when they did not even charge me a diagnostic fee. This shop was extremely professional, honest, and a pleasure to work with. I will not be taking my car back to the dealership and will always bring my business to European Star Motors. I cannot express enough on how great my experience was working with them!

To anyone who is tired of searching for a truly great automotive service shop in what at times seems to be the never ending sea of unscrupulous foreign automobile maintenance shops look no further. I took my Mercedes E-Class 500 to European Star Motors and I have to say my experience was wonderful. From the business owner to the certified technicians, my experience was first rate. The owner explained what was wrong with my vehicle, prioritized the repairs in terms of immediate needs and what could be postponed, provided cost saving alternatives, and completed the repairs ahead of schedule. The technicians were polite and answered all my questions. Other than gratis work I could not ask for better customer service and professional care.

Five star across the board. Reasons - quick and professional services, fair charges, and most importantly reliability. European Star Motors is a typical example of what a BMW/ Mercedes repair station should be. I have been bringing my BMW at this station for years and been nothing but pleased with Stefan and his team. They always help me keeping my wheels on the road. I cannot say enough good things about Stefan. I feel he is very genuine and reliable; I never find him using up-selling tactics. Not only does he charge a fair price, he is super quick and does a great job. I can say, this place is a great find!

The best thing about this service station is their quick service at a very fair price. The other service stations around charge extra for the same services plus are not quick like these people. 10 years and counting, I have never been disappointed. European Star are professional experts in servicing from simple to complex issues. I have an older BMW and the owner at European Star treats it just like a brand new car every time. My repairs are always right the first time, and repair costs are very fair. Great atmosphere and they even offered a loaner car if needed. Work is done on time and estimates are easy to understand. I really trust European Star for my BMW service.

I am very happy with this shop. I was told by a money hungry mechanic that my calipers on my breaks needed to be replaced. I had this shop check out my rear breaks on my 95 BMW. He told me no, the calipers were fine, but the rear breaks did need replacing (something I already knew). He gave me a great deal on the repairs and has been so helpful. He will definitely be working on my car again.

I drive a CLS 500 and trust me I had no idea how expensive the repairs could be. Stefan quoted me a fair price on the replacement air shocks and backed them and his work for the next four years. There are a lot of things that need to be fixed, but there was no pressure to get them all done. I found the owner to be very fair and honest.

I had been here last week for check engine light of my BMW X3, and they fixed it right away. Very impressed with their quick service. I found their staff extremely welcoming and warm. Needless to say, if I have any car issues in future I will visit European Star Motors. Highly recommended.

I cant speak highly enough about this automotive repair shop. i have a 328 xi. took it in for brakes....the estimate was accurate and my car was delivered in the promised time...this is how every business should operate...thank you European Star Motors
