I have been visiting Westside Automotive for approximately one year. I have a 2007 Honda Accord LX with 167,000 and do not feel like taking the car to the dealership and paying exorbitant prices plus having to leave the car all day. I know nothing about automotive repair, as Wayne, Andy and Josh will attest but I do know honest and reliable service that is competitively priced and goes beyond the customers expectations. I have found this at Westside Automotive. Wayne and his staff are always available for consultation and help. They have patience and will take the time to explain the problem, the needed repair and the price. They are upfront and are always spot on with price quotations. I have told them that I would like to get 250,000 miles out of my Honda and they tell me I can, if I take care of it and follow the recommended guidelines. All this being said, I want to thank Wayne and the staff for their excellent service and friendly attitudes. I have total confidence in the work they have performed. The three most important words to a service organization is "Ill be back". I will! Thanks guys.

Several years ago, I was stranded in a parking lot when a gentleman came to my rescue. He got the car started, then suggested I take my Volvo directly to Wayne Davey at Westside. I followed his advice and havent looked back. Wayne not only continues to take care of my Volvo, he has also advised and/or worked on some of my single female friends cars, and given advice to family members as well. It is a huge comfort to have a knowledgeable and honest person that you can trust with your car. BTW, the man who helped me was a "former" employee of Waynes who still thought highly of him and the work that Westside Automotive does! No small thing!!

Honest, accurate, knowledgeable and friendly. We are so grateful to the Westside Automotive team, it is good to know that we dont have to question any recommendation. Had a part recall and took car to dealership for replacement, their mechanic did an evaluation and found two things needing immediate attention, took it to Westside, one did need attention (could have waited a week, coolant was dirty) the other could wait. They are common sense and also appreciate their free loaner which saves me being stuck all day (this has to be arranged ahead of time).

The words honest and mechanic are reunited when it comes to Westside Auto. Wayne was so helpful and nice that I forgot I was dealing with an auto shop! I am spoiled in that my father in law is a mechanic in Beaumont and I havent had to deal with one in a few years. When my roomates car broke down I wasnt sure where to turn in Houston. I checked out some reviews and ended up on the phone with Wayne. He was helping me out in a matter of minutes and was so honest and efficient. I am so impressed and thrilled with their service. Wayne is the best!

As a women, it is very hard finding a trusted mechanic. I was so relieved when I learned about Westside Automotives. It was just behind my apartment complex! Everyone should know about this place, its like the best kept secret! My car was intermittent, and would start sometimes,and not. They actually allowed me to drop it off while the shop was closed, and leave my keys in the drop box as a first time customer. They made getting repairs done to my car a pleasant experience. I am a "car guy" so I dont trust many shops with my vehicle. After reading the excellent reviews for Westside, I took my 2005 Jaguar XJR in to have the transmission flushed. This may sound simple, but it really is something even some Jaguar dealerships wont do. The team at Westside was great. They delivered on all commitments and then some. To top it off, the car was washed for me as well. Westside is now the place I will be going with all of my vehicles. Great guys, great experience.

I cant believe that I lived down the street from this shop for so many years, and didnt go in. They always looked busy with lots of high-end cars in the lot, so I thought okay, they probably dont work on domestic cars. Once I did go in (referral via AAA recommendation), I knew I had "found" my shop and I told them so. I dont intend to look back...no more dealer for me. These guys are great.
