went in today with multiple problems and came out EXTREMELY satisfied with the amazing customer service here! Rob took care of me and listened to all my problems with my Honda. With multiple issues to fix before I can pass an inspection, we had to prioritize--and he got my brakes fixed in less than an hour with a busy shop. I HIGHLY recommend this place. Dont go anywhere else, seriously. Oh, and I tried to pay as it was being test-driven, but Rob refused to take my payment "until I know everything is done--and done right," he told me. Absolutely amazing guy, and very professional. Trust is hard when it comes to mechanics--ESPECIALLY for a young girl. He took me out to my car and showed me the parts of the brake and how it works, rather than assuming I wouldnt understand. He was very professional but also super friendly and easygoing, and he was very honest with me the whole time. Then, since I need a new back tire, he personally called the Firestone he goes to and made sure a guy HE KNOWS will be there tomorrow so I can get my tire replaced by someone Rob trusts. He gave me the tire type and brand he uses to make sure Im taken care of. This guy is absolute GOLD. The shop itself was super clean, had cold water, coffee and tea, and a nice comfy waiting room with iPads and magazines. It really doesnt get better than this. Im never going anywhere else for repairs. The prices were more than fair, too--only $400 for brake pads AND rotors. I already feel like Rob is the most trustworthy person Ive met in the service industry, and thats a serious compliment. If you go anywhere else but Repair One for service, youre really doing yourself a disservice. Go see Rob. You wont regret it.

Over the past 3 weeks, my car has spent the weekend at Repair One twice for the same issue. After I was experiencing some issues with my car stalling while at a stop, I took it in and explained the problems that I was having. With my description, I mentioned that the battery and oil pressure lights came on whenever it stalled. They asked about my check engine light was on, and I explained that I had already addressed the issue and was told by a trustworthy mechanic that my car will run properly without the small problem being fixed. Plus the expense of the fix would far outweigh the overall improvement in performance. As a result, I clearly explained that I did not want the issue related to my check engine light to be addressed. $600 later, I receive my car back having repairs done on the issue that I deliberately told them to ignore. On top of this, my car is stalling even more frequently. As a result, I return to Repair One to actually fix the problem that my car is experiencing. After another diagnostic check the source of the issue was found and my car was returned and running well. A week after this repair and another $125 later, my car has stalled yet again with the same symptoms as before and the oil pressure light continuing to shine. It would be one thing to have overpaid for repairs. However, not only have I spent $600 to fix an issue I did not want resolved, but my car is still not running effectively after my cars problem was "fixed." As a result, I can say with confidence that you would have to be a fool to believe that this repair location has your best interest in mind.

I brought my 98 Nissan Pathfinder for some AC work and they discovered leaking issues, so I authorized the extra work which ended up being over $1400. Long story short, after that major work they performed the car was never the same, misfiring, timing completely off, etc. The check engine light would never go off. They spent a lot of time trying to figure out what was, and they finally gave up and they referred me to the dealer. Even though they could not figure out why the check engine light could not be turned off and the car was not running smooth as before, they still charged me for their time. I took it to a home based mechanic that someone recommended me, and after discarding a couple of possibilites with some preliminary tests, he quickly realized that the wiring was wrong. Thats all what it was. So much for their ASME certified technicians they claim to have. In all fairness, they tried really hard to fix it, but they also charged me for it even though they could not solve it. In the end, they just lack technical skills. I would not trust them with any sophisticated repair (and may I point out that my car is a 98 NISSAN PATHFINDER). I felt therefore I was treated unfairly, they still collected their money even though I had to leave with a problem I did not have when I brought it in. They just gave up on me.

Not satisfied at all. I did regular service of my car at Repair one. This is my first time doing service not at a dealer, and I think this might be my last time. They did charge less than dealership, but they also did less. They did not rotate my wheels, while at the dealer they always rotate wheels front and rear, left and right. When I was paying my bill and asked about that, the gentleman said I can come anytime to have them rotated. But it is supposed to be done as part of the service. They did completely wrong with tire pressure. The 3rd day after the service, I have my low tire pressure LED lighted up. I checked pressure for 4 tires, the rear two are significantly lower than recommended. Reading their report, they did check tire pressure. The only explanation is then they did not even know how much pressure should be put in my tire. Also my car is supposed to do a service every 10k mile or 1 year, but they put a sticker on my windshield saying next service time will be in 5k or 6 months. So they do not know about this. Also what I usually got from dealer service is a list, telling my how much my brake and tire have been worn out, they did not provide neither. The upside is that the man at reception are polite and nice. But considering the service I received, I would choose to go to dealer next time.

My car was running bad each time after driving for 10+ miles (when it warmed up) and then suffered a drop in rpm, bad engine knocking, then complete stall. After a cooldown it would be ready to go. Also had low coolant. The diagnosis was a broken crankcase ventilation line running to the air intake subsequently causing vacuum to get lost which caused the problem. $94 to fix the broken hose. Also it was suggested I replace the thermostat and flush radiator for $290 so I did that. A separate problem, a broken fuel filler hose was fixed for around $200, cant remember the exact amount. The broken hose sounded strange but I didnt put much thought into it and came out paying $780 for everything. The broke hose was not the problem, now my daughter is stranded downtown and it has not been fixed. Not good but things happen. So I investigate more closely what I got and what was charged.... Lets see - $94 for 3" of rubber hose I can take, maybe, if it actually corrected the problem. Did a google search on "replace thermostat and flush radiator" to see if $290 is a valid price. Nope. I can understand a faulty diagnosis everybody makes mistakes. However, couple that with the (in my opinion) overcharge for 3" of rubber hose and a beating on thermostat/flush and Ill be taking it somewhere else to really get fixed.
