My daughter has had many incidents with this program. She came home yesterday with a busted lip, scratched forehead and scratched nose. These children watching children does not work. They hire 16 year olds to watch over 5 to 12 year old children. The smaller ones get picked on all the time and the workers do not say anything to them. We have called the main office 4 to 5 times and have never gotten a call back from the “lady” who is in charge. I think these people just sit around and collect a paycheck. Safety is another concern of mine. The first day I came to pick up my child they never asked for an ID or who I was. Not the best at child care if you ask me.

They are abusing kids at the Park South location in the Pre-K program. The director of that center and all of the members associated with the program that are at the corporate office covered it up. They had no remorse for my son even after DFPS investigated and found them at fault on all charges and even uncovered more abuse going on at the center.
