The good: Its a full-service gym, with different levels of membership to match budgets. The bad: The base levels only let you go to the "Sport" clubs, which usually just have cardio and weights. The middle level is the "Super Sport" club. You can go to both Sport and SuperSport clubs, the latter of which have more amenities such as a store, pool, hot tub, and sauna. The highest is the "Ultra," which lets you get into the premium clubs that are rare and extremely expensive. The majority of clubs are dirty and poorly maintained. Free weights sections of the several clubs Ive been to have muscleheads drop the weights all the time, so the weight you need is usually difficult to find and in mediocre condition when you do find it. Peak hours are, as should be expected, very crowded, and depending on the clubs location, you may not even be able to get a treadmill for half an hour if you go between 5 and 7 pm. Membership is expensive, and other clubs offer better facilities, frequently more conveniently located, at a similar, if not better, price. Conclusion: If this is all you have around you, go for it. Its not bad, but expect to face crowds and poorly maintained equipment at very busy locations. Also expect to pay extra for the better facilities. If you have an LA Fitness or Golds close by, check both clubs out and compare before settling with 24-hour. If I hadnt sunk over $100 in sign-up fees, Id have switched by now.

I will update my review later if management actually does something about it. But, at this time, this gym is non-existent to me. Ive been working out at 24 hour fitness for 10 years now and never had a problem with another member up until I started working out at this location. I was harassed multiple times by some bald guy that goes there around 1130ish every night and I have told the club manager about this and he did tell me that they would do an investigation about it but it has been almost a month and I have yet to here any updates about what they are going to do about that member. I also contacted the company directly and never heard back from them. That just shows me how much they care about their members. I decided to take my workouts to another club that did not make me feel uncomfortable during my workouts. Just be wary of this club. I have no idea why this guy chose me out of everyone to just start bothering me out of the blue for no reason but he has. There is no telling if he has past trends of this or not. He might have mental issues I have no idea. They should really ban his membership. UPDATE: Month 4 and still nothing has been done and no follow up. The gym manager here is a piece of work. UPDATE 2: Month 5 and management Mr. Brock keeps coming up with lame excuses I dont want to even talk to him anymore. How about you go back to managing Pokemon gyms Brock?

I give this place a one star rating because of the KidZone. I joined this gym under the assumption I could workout while my son was being taken care of in their KidZone. Unfortunately, I found out from experience that this place in completely unsafe and does not follow the the state regulated kid to caregiver ratio. They only had one caregiver for 13 children, some under the age of 1 year. And, the one person in there watching kids was at the desk checking kids in and out, not even watching the children in her care. Plus, the rules and regulations of the KidZone doesnt even allow you to get a good workout because your worried they are paging you on the intercom every time they make an announcement. You are listening for annoucements because you are paged if your kid needs a diaper change, food, drink, or cries for more than 10 minutes. You are also only given two hours to leave your child as well. The gym part is okay. Nothing special, but not horrible either. I will only continue my membership because I get a discount through my employer and the hours meet my schedule. I will not be using the KidZone agian. I will just have to find other child care options while I workout. The gym part is okay. Not horrible, but nothing special either.

Before moving a month ago, this was my gym. I never had any issues with the staff, and maybe one or two staff members seemed to not be happy with their jobs. They still executed okay customer service though... I like the setup of the gym. First level for mainly weights, personal training, along with the basketball court, pool, sauna and steam rooms, and locker rooms. The upper level is the cardio area which over looks the lower level. I mainly use the cardio. If you go during "rush hours," mornings before work, lunch time, and after work starting at 5:00 you will be waiting for a machine. Half the machines didnt work... However, the last time I went there were a handful that were tagged to be finally replaced. The restrooms were kept clean for the most part, but every now and then they would get disgusting. So basically going to this gym was a hit or miss depending on who was working, what time of the day, and what machines were working. Thats why I give this location 3 stars.

It has every thing you need for what your trying to accomplish but this place needs some major upgrades. You really dont notice until you go to a place like Fitness Connection or LA. The equipment is out dated and the staff act like you dont exist unless your spending additional money. The bastkeyball court has a broken heater/AC so it will be 80 degrees in the summer and 30 degrees in the winter which defeats the idea of playing ball inside a gym. Also, the rims and balls arent replaced or maintenance on a regular basis as opposed to Fitness Connection which has the collegiate level basketballs and new rims. The locker area has a unclean look and could use a really good cleaning and or update. The soap dispensers are always broken, and it has a weird odor. All the equipment on the weight floor is old and some of it needs maintenance. Overall if you havent been to any of the new places you probably wouldnt miss anything and be content with what this place has to offer

I wish I could give this 24 negative stars because it doesnt even deserve one. I signed up originally at the one in the colony which is an amazing facility. I moved to las Colinas and cannot believe what I am paying for to go here. All the equipment looks like its about 50+ years old. Is rusty, dirty and not well kept. The cardio area smells like BO and curry. I have seen the same paper towel sitting in the same elliptical cup holder for over a month now, which just goes to show you how often machines are cleaned. The PT are incredibly rude and will ask you to vacate the area if they need it. Also, do you like to squat? Too bad, Bc there are only two squat racks and theyre constantly being used. I sincerely do not understand how 24 hour can have a location this bad and not have any type of corporate intervention. I eagerly await the end of my contract so I can go literally anywhere else.

The staff is very nice, and they have what you need. I lift there almost every day and Im getting fit because I work out hard. Period. I guess I dont need too much. A few of the lifting machines need something to be done. One of the leg extensions will really hurt your shins but the other is fine. They are limited on dumbbells which can be frustrating, especially in the 10, 12.5, 15, 17.5 range. Staff doesnt really do much to pick up and organize. There was once a Gatorade bottle and jacket left by the weights for a week. No one thought to do anything. But I like 24 hour overall, and I get a good workout when Im there. And thats what matters to me. The crowd is also pretty nice and tame between 11 am and 3. Dont go in the evenings- patrons are really douchey.
