I had tried Crossfit @ another gym prior to coming to Crossfit 3040. A co-worker recommended I come try it out and it has been the best decision ever! Willie and Emily are amazing people and coaches! Everyone in this gym has been nothing but welcoming and super nice! I love coming here & I have noticed a huge difference in my body from starting to commit to coming here the days I should! The work out are always challenging but Willie always makes sure you are using correct form and modifies things to fit you! I never regret coming here to Crossfit and everyone here keeps me motivated to come back to work out! Thank you Crossfit 3040!!

Cannot recommend this box enough. Great space. Awesome community. Solid Coaching. I come here to get pushed out of my comfort zone and into getting better. Willie does that wonderfully. Besides offering the best deal on gear anywhere in the metroplex, I take pride in knowing the guy that trains me is in far better shape than me and is flirting with regionals every year. Great box. Great Community. Great Coaching. Ive been to countless other boxes in the area, none compare to Crossfit 3040.

This is the best CrossFit gym in the area. The owner and coach is great and will help customize your workout to your abilities. The instruction is top notch. He knows what hes doing and will teach your correct form first. This is will improve your strength and endurance. The community at this gym is very encouraging. They have lots of class options throughout the day as well as open gym.

I own D1Fit CrossFit in Dallas. I REALLY enjoyed my experience with CrossFit 3040. The owner is cool. I looked up the owners CrossFit Games profile and he has got some great scores. I also bought some equipment from him. The equipment has worked great and there was no hassles. If you are interested in purchasing CrossFit equipment then you should get it from this guy.

Best gym in the greater Lewisville area! The owner and head trainer really knows his stuff and how to tailor the workouts for your individual needs. My squat form and GPP have improved ten fold since working with Willie (the head trainer). If youre looking for a challenging workout and a friendly atmosphere then this is the place for you!
