Terrible experience. The Tire Tech managed to over torque the lugs causing one not to tighten. He simply left it dangling in the rim and in found its way into the brake drum causing all sorts of damage. 1100 + for the service call and another 1100 to have the over torqued lugs replaced and brakes fixed. Much better going with Strouhal even though the tries are a little more expensive. We contacted Beasley and they denied everything and that we were aware of the dangling lug. The Tech told us it was missing after the service.....

Terribly exaggerated slow.. not able to compete with other tire service shops.. i have never seen such a slow tire replacement process. The staff is good and professional, price is very high but i guess thats how they are able to pay workers to take 1 hr per tire.

Guys are friendly and helpful. Depending on how busy they are you may have to wait. They have no problems with ordering your tires and having them delivered asap.
