I was having problems with the brakes on my car, so I decided to take my car to get it inspected by these guys. Simple enough, they took my car, inspected it, and and came back to tell me what the car needed. I asked the guy if that would fix the problem, he said yes. They did their work, took it out for a test drive, and gave me my car. To my surprise when I drove off, the issue persisted. It was actually worse off than it was before. So I took it back, and this is where I noticed they were just scamming me. The assistant manager was EXTREMELY rude to me. When I told him he told me to bring it back he lied to my face and told me he never said that. I told them to fix the problem this time. They inspected it again, and came back with another estimate. $500 this time. They had the audacity to over charge me, not fix the problem, then lie to me, and then overcharge me again afterwards. Please dont take your car here if you need a real mechanic. They scammed me out of my money, lesson learned.

I had a terrible vibration when I went over about 60 mph. Ive always gotten my oil changed at Meineke, so I called to see if that was something they could look at as well. Will answered my call and scheduled my appointment. From the get-go, they were extremely courteous and talked me through everything that was going on - I didnt pay for anything that wasnt first explained to me in detail. Will and his staff took great care of my car and even let me drive a loaner vehicle for the evening so they were not rushed to get my shocks and tires replaced by the 6:00 closing time. Its been a week and my car handles as well as it did the day I bought it three years ago. I appreciate the trustworthy service and I will go there exclusively from now on! Highly recommend!

Had a busted water hose on my vehicle and was referred to go to Meineke. Called and spoke to a friendly voice whom walked me step by step on what to do next. Will was familiar with my referral source, diagnosed the problems with my vehicle and gave me an eta of next day completion... Everything was so fast and easy. I recieved a follow up phone call and as promised my car was ready the next day... My deductible covered most of the cost, the staff was professional, friendly and answered all million of my questions. My advice to anyone reading this is to not to take my advice nor anyone elses... Go to meineke and experience for your self the great service they provide...

I recently had a timing belt snap mid drive and it was looking pretty bad and potentially costly. I worked with the Manager Will, and he was very up front with his information and the cost of everything. He did everything to work with me and even on the price. Even though I may have felt heated about the situation of potentially needing a new engine he stayed very "cool" about the process and reassured me the car may yet still have a chance. In fact, amazingly enough, Will and his team got the car back to me in great shape, running even better and under a price I thought I was going to have to face. Thanks Will, your team did great!

I am 76 years old so you can imagine how many car owned and serviced. I have traveled extensively by car and vans. I have never experienced the "rip off followed by an attempt to rip me off a second time when I went back to correct the problem they were to have fixed the first time. It is trully a scam in the first degree!! And yet with my experience I should have know better. It appears they prey on older customers who lived in a time when you could trust people..BEWARE

This place is pathetic. They are advertising free oil changes for veterans on Veterans Day. They do it just to get you to come in. Its a gimmick. There are no free oil changes. Will, the manager was rude and condescending and said "talk to corporate, we have nothing to do with what they advertised". I will never do business with these folks. If you have to lie to veterans to get them to come in, you arent worth my business.

I had good service from this Meineke, I need shocks and struts and the dealer prices were ridiculous. The manager helped me find a way to reduce my cost and still get my suspension tuned up properly. This is not a quick-lube shop where you get a super fast oil change, but I will continue to bring my vehicles back here because its hard to find honest/up-front auto mechanics.

Do not take your vehicle here. Charged me 288.00 to replace a headlamp switch. My fault. If I had checked on YouTube I would have seen how easy and fast its would have been for me to do its myself. Pop the switch out with a,screwdriver unhook the wires and put the new one in. I will never go there again. Shame on them.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. I would recommend EVERYONE going there if they have any vehicle issues. Ive had my car since 2012, Mr. Will and his staff has always done a great job and keep you updated with your invoice etc. Wouldnt take my car to any other shop. Great Place, Cool People, Great Service.. Thats a fact. :-)

Got great service from the manager Will and his crew. My wifes parents were helping to pay for it and Will kept them informed just as much as he did us. Great Service and we will bring all future needed car repairs to them!

Beware beware beware. Huge ripoff bad workman ship....bad customer service. Paid 1800.00 to fix my AC. Looks like stole some parts from my car and broke the door. Everything is bad about this guys.

Backyard mechanics, and a joke for a manager. Poor customer service over the phone and in person. Bunch of losers with a criminal background are employed here. This place is an eye sore on this road.
