The first time I took one of my cars here, it was pretty good. No issues. A little pricey, but good service. Today I was a little miffed at the lack of attention to detail. I went in to have an oil change and state inspection done. During the oil change, the guy came in and rattled off all the things that were good to go - washer fluid, filters, and wiper blades. The wiper blade comment caught my attention, because as I was driving the car the other day, I noticed the wiper streaking. Sure enough when I went out there to double check, the wiper blade was completely shot. Whats that tell you? Nobody really checked it. They habitually go through this rote checklist, and Im now questioning whether everything else on the list is good to go. The real kicker is the guy said it would be $18 to change the bladeS. When I checked out he revealed that ONLY ONE BLADE was changed. Really? $18 for one blade? Highway robbery. Im not sure Ill be back. UPDATE: 7/17/17 - Joe (GM) contacted me and apologized for the less than "perfect" service. He offered my money back on the $18 wiper blade and a 20% discount on the next oil change. I may or may not take him up on the discount, but I appreciated the quick attempt at a resolution.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Horrible service and way overpriced. They prey on women and seniors upsell upsell is there tactic. I thought Id give them a shot since they werent busy. Before they even mentioned any prices to me they drained my oil and charged me more then double what Wal-Mart does my oil changes for. Id highly recommend going to Wal-Mart or somewhere else that doesnt screw there customers.

Close to an hour for a state inspection. When asked about the delay blamed it on the computer going. You dont need a computer to inspect a car, only to complete the inspection. Watched the guy doing the inspection eat a breakfast taco before even doing anything. Not coming back.

Friendly staff! Did an awesome job getting my inspection sticker done in 20 minutes and they checked all of the fluids in my car and even cleaned my windshield wiper blades. I was very impressed! Go and visit them and you will see for yourself. :)
