Took my car here because I recently got ripped off by the Kia dealership (go figure). My power steering in my car needed repairing. When I was in the Christian Brothers auto waiting room, I saw a bible and some books about God on the table for customers to read, so I figured, "Okay, they are probably pretty honest...." BIG MISTAKE!!!! It wasnt till a few months later that I took my car to a different mechanic and this new mechanic VISUALLY SHOWED me the hose that Christian Brothers auto put in my car that was not designed for my car. The hose they used to "fix" the power steering was NOT the right hose and it was missing a valve on the end, which resulted in "seeping" fluid. Christian Brothers auto told me the "seeping" fluid was from another part of my power steering system that also needed repair....LIES!!! The truth is that the "seeping" fluid was from Christian Brothers auto RIGGING my car with the wrong parts then telling me a bunch of lies!!!!! And they also told me my belt was shredded and needed to be replaced badly. However, once again, the new mechanic I am dealing with SHOWED me the belt and it is in PRISTINE PERFECT condition..... I called back and spoke to the owner at Christian Brothers auto and all he did was tell me that since I took my car to a different mechanic, their warranty is void, meaning Christian Brothers would not help me....But then again, why would they? They already got my money!!!!!....Thieves. Telling me the warranty is VOID because I took my car to a different mechanic is a cop-out, because I dont know anything about fixing cars so how am I supposed to know they RIGGED my car telling me they fixed it when in actuality they didnt fix ANYTHING!!!! Lies, lies, and more lies..... This is the second place in a row that ripped me off. Finding a mechanic these days is utter fail!!! If you want your car fixed right go to college to learn how to be a mechanic, otherwise, your taking a HUGE chance.... One that will likely end up with YOU on the short end of the stick. I also find it a real shame when you cant even trust people who CLAIM they believe in an honest God, yet they themselves are LIARS and THIEVES!!! And they "stand behind their word", or so thats what the owners wife told me on the phone.....What horrible people. They are the type of people who can lie with a smile..... (gasp) America has lost its soul. Only people who LIE and CHEAT get ahead in this world now days. No one can be trusted. How shameful it is to see how far the human race has fallen....Maybe the people at Christian Brothers auto should be the ones to read that bible they got sitting on their waiting room table. THEY NEED IT!!!!! Liars and thieves, thats all they are. Im seriously thinking about going to college to work on cars so I dont have to entrust my car to stinking thieves and liars anymore. I also found out they charged me over 200 dollars more than what the part would cost with labor at a different shop. I know this to be true because the new mechanic I am dealing with is replacing Christian Brothers SHOTTY work and I only have to pay 160 buck as opposed to over 400 dollars at Christian brothers......Once again - Thieves and Liars. Oh but they stand behind their word, right? Religious liars.....How shameful. If I ever get a chance to move out of the country I will not think twice about it......I hear Greenland is nice this time of year.... >.>

What you do unto the least of your brothers , you also do unto me. It is time yall know a bit of truth about this place. Warning long read. This was my experience... I had a hole in my radiator. I needed it patched. I asked CBA if they could do it and they assured me they could. Instead What they could do was replace the whole radiator system rather than just patch the hole. But I was pressed for time as I am a pizza delivery driver and I needed my car at any cost in as timely of a manner as possible. I was not thrilled yet I was up and running and that mattered the most. The next day while I am on pizza run my transmission went out. I missed out on that night of work and a few more nights of work because of their botched job. When I brought it back to them they accepted responsiblity but rather than fixing my car out right they offered to buy my crown victoria . I was very hesitatnt but their used car sales men tactics convinced me to accept their offer...even though they never did offer to refund me for the radiator job they botched.... nor did they offer me any compensation for my lost wages that was directly their fault due to their botched job. 1100 bucks a good luck to me. Potentially they did not lose a dime but still profited despite the eleven hundred dollar loss....it really depends on what they got for the car. if they got more than 600 for it they lost nothing. anyways So I bought a truck from lake side auto (Also avoid at all costs) And at the risk of throwing good money after bad and after my own hurt had subsided I went back to christian brothers automotive. I needed my air conditioner fixed or my windows to go down. I also needed my back tail light fixed. On wensday at 10 AM they were too busy to see me or even give me the attention I deserved considering what they did to me. So they said come back friday morning and I do only to learn that They are still to busy...after I inform them that I was told to come back friday their was some hemming and hawing and to give the full benifit of good will I agreed to come back monday. Oh they did offer to see my car inbetween other cars but I kinda cringed at how that sounded .. if monday was gonna be easier on them I could tough it out till monday morning. They were still too busy from Friday to see me on monday morning. 6:55 am This is in 110+ degree heat. They are turning me away , multiple times, knowing my windows do not go down and that my AC is out. They are so darn busy that they dont need any work from me. Not to save my life.....

This was without a doubt the best experience Ive had in decades if not ever! The customer service and workmanship is off the charts! They are extremely honest and saved me a whole lot of money because my car had been misdiagnosed with a blown head gasket which could have run close to $2000 before all was said and done. My beloved 2005 Camry had a valve cover leak and that repair was a little over $200! I had additional maintenance work done on my car while I was there. I am beyond thrilled and pleased with how my car runs, the customer service, and the price! They even shuttled me to work. TOP THAT and they would have picked me up but I dont get off from work till late at night as a nurse working the 2 to 10 shift. I am always extremely hesitant to recommend anyone but in this case I couldnt recommend any business more. The owners Kevin and Chris are too beautiful people and Josh started the ball rolling for me and Miss Vanessa wrapped it up. I am telling everyone I know to take their cars to Christian Brothers Automotive even if you live out of town its worth the drive. I am a very very blessed woman and I consider Christian Brothers an additional gift from Above:) Drive your car there as fast as you can and know youre in good hands. Linda Murrell. Seguin, Texas
