We have taken our car into the shop these past two weeks and in that they have told us our car is fixed, and as soon as we get home its doing what it was doing in the FIRST place!! They charged us almost 1,000 just to have the same problem. Our car is still overheating and leaking. I would not recommend this auto repair to anyone. You will be losing more money, and still going home to a broken car. I am very disappointed in this auto shop. The reviews seemed great, until we put a hole in out pocket and still no car.

The gentleman on citysearch apparently hasn’t been to AutoZone in a while, H&L charged me $110 for a battery. At AutoZone the same battery was $102. They charged me $8 to put it in, big freaking deal! Also I went in thinking I had a bad fuel pump they said nope it just needs a tune-up! Saved me hundreds! By the way a $125 alternator would have to be the cheapest piece of crap you could find, and H & L doesn’t use crap. Car repairs are expensive, that’s just life, but these guys are honest.

They left my lights on throughout the day when they were looking at my car and when they parked it. Killed my brand new battery. They pulled a brake hose on my car when I had just gotten my brakes serviced less than 100 miles before I came to this shop. I got recommended here by a friend and it was the worst recommendation I ever took. If you want to get ripped off and have your car messed with this is the shop.

Henry & Lefty always get our vehicles into the shop as soon as I call with a problem. get the repairs and/or diagnostics done in a timely manner. They never over charge us for labor & parts.
