This place completely blows. Ive been here several times, since I lived right around the corner and it seemed convenient to have done while I shopped. I kept thinking it would get better, thinking this kind of crap service cant continue to last, but it never improved. The last time I just wanted a standard oil change and tire rotation. There was no cars in front of me and it still took them an hour, and they never got the tire rotation finished. I was there with my 2 young boys and an hour is plenty long enough to be in a walmart so I left without the tire rotation. Finished with giving them any more chances. I wish I wouldve bought my tires elsewhere as well. Only go here if you expect crap service and incredibly long wait times.

I have been here about 4 times and no more. They take way too long, they try to talk you into several other things you didnt ask for, and if you say yes they take even longer. I was there today for a standard oil change. They talked me into an injector cleaning for $8 and then they finished the oil change without doing it. When they figured out their mistake they took another 45 minutes to get that done. I was there nearly 90 minutes.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. My wife stopped here to get an oil change and new tires. Horrible customer service, misquoted the wait time by over 90 minutes. When she checked out the service tech acted like a total jerk.

Waited 2.5 hours for oil change, even though I was initially quoted 1 hour wait time. They stripped the oil pan screws and wont take responsibility for it. Never going back.
