I took my car in because i had a big leak and my engine light was on. I walked into the office and the owner was sitting in the office. I waited a few minutes and when the owner came out front he asked what i needed. I told him why i had brought my car in. He took the keys and said hed call when they knew what was wrong. That was it. Crappy service to say the least. Very unfriendly. I left knowing that my car would probaby not be fixed entirely. He did not ask any questions as to what the car was doing, nothing! My thought was that when they called to let me know what was wrong i would have a chance to follow up with them. I was wrong. He was very dry without much information. I had to ask very specific about the leaks and all he said was that there are too many to fix and the engine would have to be pulled. Just assumed that i would not want to fix them. When i picked up my car i was asked as i entered. What car was i there to pick up. It was the owner again. He didnt say anything, he just took my payment handed me the receipt and the keys and that was it. No thank you, nothing. Since i already was expecting that I took my keys and went and found my car, knowing i would never go there again nor would i ever refer anyone else to go there. I myself work with the public every day and would never, as an employee, let alone an owner, be as rude or un helpful to a customer.

Had a long wait, didnt mind. The service was mediocre at best. Then it was time to settle up. WOW! What a ripoff!! I dont think I have ever been overcharged like that before!!! They were supposed to "give me a deal" on some "economy" brake pads, but was charged the premium price! I also didnt like that when I was standing there, (for what seemed to be forever), some poor older guy came in to deliver parts to Mark, he treated this parts driver, like he wasnt even human. I have never in my life seen anybody treated so badly. The guy dropped off the parts, and Mark yelled at him "get your ass back here!!!" Then told this poor guy how stupid he was, and how he doesnt do his job right. I was very offended. I will never go back and suggest you dont go there either, (unless you dont care about being overcharged & waiting forever).

Mark, the manager, was great. Very helpful and friendly. Had to get a tire replaced that had gone flat and I was in and out in 20 minutes. These guys were fast, professional, and friendly. This was my first time but Ill be back because I had a great experience. Would definitely recommend these guys at this Sandy location. I just went again to get another flat fixed and Mark didnt even charge me for it. He told me that having to pay for the tow truck was enough of a bad day. These guys understand customer service.

I took my car in to get serviced there, I had just had my brakes done less then 6 months ago and got cheap parts. They quoted me a price over the phone which was exactly the price they charged me as well as $119 cheaper then Les S. I called in to see how things were going and Chris told me they needed about an hour more, 58 minutes later Chris called to say it was done. Very impressed with my first experience with Hillside and I WILL be going back to them again in the future. Thanks Hillside!!

No complaints about the quality of the work...but when you quote me an hour, and you know Im waiting, Id really appreciate it if the work took an hour. Two hours for an oil change and window chip repair, for a waiting customer...and not even a "were sorry" much less any attempt to make the situation right to a customer politely voicing their concern about the time taken for the basic work. Wont be back because of this.

Called to get a quote for on brakes for my car and Mark answered. I got a quote straight away with no hesitation when other places I called wanted me to bring my car in first before giving a quote. When I got in I told them it needed both front and back brakes. However, when I came to pick up my car they told me it only needed back brakes and that I had a ton of brake pad left on my front axle. Honest, straight up guys.

I go there because my parents have been going there for years and they always treat me very fairly. The prices are always lower than what the other guys charge for big repairs and they seem to go out of the way to go the extra mile. These guys are a class act! I have dealt with Mark, Chris and Ray on several occasions with my company car and appreciated the professionalism, knowledge and fast service. I now take my personal car there because of the quality of service and price. I would recommend Hillside Tire to anyone who needs service on their car. They are honest and will treat you right!!

I received great customer service today! My tire had a fast leak and I stopped at a dealer near by and they were not willing to even look at it. They did provide me with a little air so I could drive over to Hillside for the help I needed. Hillside repaired it quickly at no charge which was a huge surprise to me. Mark is a pro at customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. He even offered to have a guy come to my house to get my tires and he let me borrow a tool. I have never been treated better. I cannot express enough how exceptional the customer service is. This business is one of the few around that truly cares about their customers.

I was getting ready to go out of town...actually heading toward the freeway when a red light came on the dash. I was near this business, so I turned in and they were starting to close. Superior service. I brought my daughters car in for a safety and emission inspection and service. I forgot to tell the crew that a headlight bulb was out. Not only did they replace it they didnt charge me for it. I trust the guys at this location only. Dont go to the Draper location. They charged me $500 for work they didnt do.

I have been going to Hillside for many years and I really appreciate their great service. They have always been very friendly and helpful and have provided me with several options when I need to have work done. I rarely write reviews so the fact that I am doing this now is a strong indication of my feelings about them.
