Our Dodge Grand Caravan was having some electrical issues that just kept haunting our minivan, and making it very unreliable. I took it to 3 mechanics. One couldnt find anything and the other 2 misdiagnosed the issue, which ended up costing me $600. The Dodge Dealership gave me a $2000 estimate to rip out the whole wire harness due to what they thought was corrosion on some wire, Technically this would have fixed the problem, but it would be like getting a full body cast for a broken wrist. A very excessive and costly solution. I found Turn Key on the internet and based on the ratings decided to take my minivan there. With my fingers crossed I was really hoping they would find the actual problem and in turn save me $2k in the process. Whether by luck, skill, or Devine Intervention they found the problem and it has stayed fixed. These guys are my official mechanic here in Salt Lake. Thanks again from saving me from lazy mechanics, and a really expensive solution.

A follow up as promised. When I took the van in the owner looked it over with the mechanic and agreed, it was not properly done. They warranteed the work and did it over again free of charge. I honestly dont know what went wrong, if the work was never done correctly, or the part failed, I dont understand auto mechanics well enough. I do know that I appreciate the owners willingness to address the concern and make it right. My only concern is what would have happened if I hadnt had transmission problems and another mechanic flagged the issue. I will continue to use Turn Key, but I have learned to be much more educated with repairs and service work. For my sake. I understand that things happen, but I have to cover myself and my children. Thats just the business. I am grateful for the opportunity to learn more and recognize how I can keep myself safer in the future.

I had a not very good experience in the past due to a different factors and miscommunication and after a few weeks i received a call from Bobby and addressed my discontent with professionalism and a great manners, i really appreciate the gesture of calling me and try to fix the issue that meant a lot to me and win back my trust when they showed me that they did care, i talk to her on the phone and she was amazing and listen to me carefully with a sincere kindness and understanding, with no doubts she offered me my full refund of my money. Thank you so much for your honesty and professionalism. i would totally recommend this shop for the high level of customer service and going the extra mile.

Ive been going here for a few years now. They are always honest. They give me a heads up on services I may need in the future (never claiming that emergency repairs are needed). Theyre quick and have lots of available appointments. Today I took my car in on a spur of the moment because I hit a huge tire shred on the freeway. They took my car back immediately to look at it, assessed the damage, and took and emailed me pictures of it. Theyre so nice and have such good service. They really do earn your loyalty. The RTB Card is worth it, by the way. Great deal. Highly recommend this shop.

While traveling from AZ our RV had a generator failure. We found Turn Key through a search for truck and RV repair. We chose Turn Key Service based off the good reviews they had received. It seems a crap shoot when picking a mechanic and we put our trust in an unknown shop in a unfamiliar city. We were given an estimate of a 24 hour turn around and Turn Key made good on the commitment. Every one from Jeff and Chris in the office to James in the shop were professional and honest. We would recommend Turn Key Service to anyone... Thank you for getting us back on the road!

Diagnostic charges! Seriously! They charged $90 for the first hour to figure out what was wrong with our Dodge diesel truck. When they couldnt figure it out the first hour, they charged ANOTHER $90 for more tests. THEN, they quoted us $1600 for a part that only costed $1000 at a different shop. So - we basically paid $180 & what we got back was a truck that ran worse than it did when we brought it in. Dont go here!

Friendly, honest, helpful, excellent service... I have been going here for about 5 years now and they have always taken care of me when car troubles come up. They always use quality parts and are very professional with their service. I have never had any problems with any of the work they have done! Knowing their integrity, I know they would be more than fair if anything they did had any issues.

Took my car into them cuz it wouldnt pass emission. The check engine light kept coming on and staying on and they were so helpful. They were on it to get my vehicle fixed FAST! I was PAST my THIRD temp tag and they were empathetic and responded quickly to help. Overall great place, great customer service, and I would recommend this establishment to anyone! If I could give 10 stars I would. :)

I wanted Turnkey to be the shop I could trust. I liked Tom and he seemed to really care. Unfortunately, Ive given them 2 chances and both times they blew it. From not following my instructions when I dropped the vehicle off -to throwing away the parts they replaced before I could look at them. I have no trust anymore. If youre looking for a shop you can trust - this one isnt it.

Honest, fair, and totally professional. They are always busy but still have a great turn around time on their repairs. I dropped off my car and it was diagnosed within an hour and a half, then the repair was completed within a days time. Keep up the great work!
