The AAA tow truck dropped me off here at 7:30 AM in the morning with a broken battery terminal. On calling them back at 11:30 AM, I learnt the solution was to splice in another battery cable since on a Corolla the battery cable is part of the engine harness. The price quoted was $44 for the cable and $275 for labor (about 3.5 hours of work at $80/hour). Since my car was immobile, I had the repair done at the quoted price but everyone I spoke to tells me I was way overcharged. I went back to the AAA service advisor who said time was spent in removing corrosion hence the high cost of repair. But what I clearly see is a battery terminal + 2 inch cable spliced into the original cable. I know they overcharged me and thereby lost my trust!

This was without doubt the BEST experience I have ever had in automotive repair. I usually deal with dealers as my vehicles are usually still under warranty however I have enjoyed my 2010 Yukon Denali so much that I have 73,000 miles. Cody at AAA was very professional and provided me with great communications in the cost of repair. It turned out that when they actually got into the electronics of the back opening, they discovered crimped wires so instead of a $900 repair, the quite honestly uncrimped the wires and returned the part to the dealer as it was not necessary. So honest. I would highly recommend this shop and the people were great too. Honesty in business is so refreshing in this day and age. Thank you!

Not sure how I feel yet. I had taken my car to several places for the same issue of engine lights being on. I kept getting something different and few fixes that didnt work. AAA was able to finally fix the problem but first I had to pay a diagnosis fee that I only found out about once I was there, instead of when I made the appointment. It was $110.00 that I thought ws rather high since I gave them most of the information to find the issue. It also took less than 30 minutes to find. The final fix wasnt terrible but I didnt like being surprised about the Diagnosis charge, and the fact that nothing was credited to the repair.

Honda CRV in for routine oil change. Shop was on-time & completed the work in less than an hour. During the service, the team discovered that my battery was not good. Since I had purchased a AAA battery within the past year, they replaced it, reprogrammed my radio, and wrote the code in my service manual. Great customer service, competent, knowledgeable staff, clean waiting room, & available shuttle. My only problem was the TV in the waiting room. I would have preferred silence.

We have been going here for about three years now. We had been using our dealers repair shops but it was too expensive and we think they trumped up problems when we brought them in for the routine work. Cody and the rest of the staff at AAA are friendly, efficient, competent and compassionate. They will work with you on what has to absolutely be done vs what would be nice to be done ... if you have cash flow issues. We will continue to go to them and refer friends as well.

This is my third or fourth time and I am very pleased with everything they have done, the oil change, to a very expensive 70,000 mile service. A lot less than the dealer. The only thing is the comfort in the waiting area. They could have better/comfortable seating for those who wait for their cars. I have been driven home, but for just an oil change it is better to wait.

The mechanic neglected to put the bolt back on my wheel causing the wheel to fall off. The manager, Dan, was very kind in rectifying the situation but my life was jeopardized because of this oversight. I cant recommend this shop to anyone because of this oversight.
