Originally my daughters car broke down. We were looking for a repair shop nearby and came across Tri City (thanks to the iphone). My daughter called and spoke to Issac, he was very professional and courteous. We had the car towed to Tri City and were met by friendly mechanics. By the time we left we felt like we were leaving the car with trusted family/friends. Late the following morning the car was already! When we came to pick it up, Issac explained what was going on and what was done to the car. About a month later I brought my car in for an oil change and needed a new oil pan. I had shopped around for installation of an oil pan in the past, Issac had by far the best price. When I came to pick up the car, Issac showed me how my tires were wearing and how bad my brakes were. One of my tires was in bad shape and could have caused a major blow out or problems on the road so he rotated them for me out of concern for my safety. If he had had my size tire in stock at the time, he was going to replace the tire for me. When I have needed work done on any of my families vehicles, if it is work they do not specialize in the people at Tri City have given me great recommendations on where to go. I can say without a doubt, when I leave my vehicle or my family or friends leave their vehicle with Tri City Automotive Repair, I know it will be properly taken care of....the biggest thing for me, is knowing they care about the safety of the driver.

My friend took his car there to get 4 hoses, thermostat and new coolant on it. The bill was well over 500 dollars! Then I ask the so called mechanic how did it take 4 hours to do all this work. He got very defensive that I had question his work. He started to put me down saying i will pay you 300 dollars to see you do it in less then 4 hrs. I called him names back then hes in my face wanting to fight. I told him you hit me now you will be in big trouble. How can a place be honest when you question there work and then they want to fight? If this clown would have hit me there would have some explaining to the tempe police. He was out of place to act like that. Really shows how good there so called cuctomer service skills are. This place is over rated and should be looked into. Very shaddy and dishonest operation.

Having lived in the Valley for 6 years, Ive been to some unscrupulous dealers. Fortunately there are still honest mechanics around and this is in my humble opinion the most honest shop you can find. I know customers who come all the way from Surprise. In my visit today for a bodywork, the owner, Issac, went out of his way to give me the best services I have ever received. Because Saturday afternoon is the only time I am free to get my car fixed, Issac will bend over backwards to give you 110% of his services. I recommend this to all who are new to the valley or are already here!

Thank you for the coolant flush, radiator hoses, thermostat and oil change on my Camaro! One of the best shops in Tempe/Scottsdale. Really great work. Really fair prices. Isaac is a really, really hard working guy and a blast to talk to in person as well. Highly recommend to anyone. He can handle big jobs as well as tiny jobs too. Does it all.
