I have experienced only the best in customer service at this place. My wife and I will only go here from now on. I love that they provide so many services. We can drop off the car and expect these guys to provide ALL the necessary services, without having to go to separate shops for other specific car care (and without having to come back to them again and again, which we experienced in the last place we went to). They have fixed all the issues in our cars that no one else was able to fix. Best of all, they explained what was wrong in clear laymans terms and how they intended to address the issue (and how much the cost would be for each service). The guy at the front desk, Larry, is a smiling gentleman, a pleasure to work with.

Went in to get oil change(good job on that). Asked them to look at brakes because they had squealed the other day after it rained. They called me a couple hours later to tell me that the brakes on the front & back were bad. They actually said that they were cracked and wouldnt recommend me driving on them. Front being worst than the backs. Told them I couldnt do anything at the moment, but I would get back to them ASAP. That same night had son(certified mechanic) check them. I still had 1/2 a pad left and rotors were still good. They try to scare you into paying for something you dont need

I have been using Break Masters to service my fleet the plumbing vans and personal vehicles for over 12 years now.The guys Jason and Stephen do an amazing job taking care of all my vehicles in a timely manner at fair prices. A few of my vans have over 250,000 miles. I have one Van that has over 400,000 miles on it and does not leak a drop the oil it runs perfectly never left my plumbers stranded. I would trust it to stay in my fleet for many more years thanks to the guys at Break Masters for keeping my company on the road. Thank you Keith

This place is great. Took my Acura in because the brakes were squeezing. Steve called an hour later and told me that my brakes were still good and there was no need to put new pads on. He cleaned up some brake dust and sent me on my way no charge. Have been going back ever since for all mechanical work on two different cars and each time Steve tells me what needs to be done and what doesnt need to be done. These guys are honest, efficient, friendly and affordable. Its comforting knowing I have a mechanic I can trust!!

Do not even bother with this place...they will try to up-sell stuff that does NOT need replacing just looking for a quick buck. Went in to get both front and rear brakes replaced, they told me front is ok but back needed replacing (although the dealer told me completely opposite) and the first thing they said was "rotors need replacing" and it will cost $300... bull$hit. Will never go back. You just lost a customer.

Professional good Auto service. Quality work at very reasonable prices. I have visited this location several times to have work on my cars brakes and to get my oil changed along with various other services for a couple of years now and have been very satisfied with the quality of the brake work. Staff is courteous and efficient.

Felt like the typical bait & switch often experienced with an oil change. Went in requesting a $54 oil change special to find out only AFTER the service had been completed that special didnt apply to my vehicle.... $12 filter (included in the special if Id qualified) $53 for the oil change itself and $15 in labor.

I had to work but I HAD to have new rear brakes. The guys here were great. No nonsense, no upselling, they gave me what I needed and so fast, and for such a great price, and all while I was working. I am so happy I found them. Absolutely recommend, and Ill absolutely be back. Thanks guys!!

They will lie about prices, and say things need replacing like the rotors for 400 bucks when we just got it checked by the dealership. They are crocks and liars. And they were rude assholes. DONT TRUST THEM AND DONT GO HERE
