I recently purchased a used Mercedes and the previous owner had it serviced at Meyers. He recommended them to me. I called Meyers and asked if they would do a pre purchase inspection of my car. I met the mechanic Derek and I explained that I am a car guy and he kindly showed me every part under the car and what to expect in the future with the maintenance. He answered all my questions and told me to call if I ever needed help over the phone when working on my car myself. I recently had to have the car looked at because I ran out of fuel and they checked the whole car over again and only charged me for the fuel. No labor charge! The owner even waited after hours to make sure I got my car back safely. This has been 2 experiences with Meyers so far and I felt that the pricing is very good and they are an honest business. I found a few repair shops near my home that I heard good things about, but I will make the drive to Meyers since they have taken good care of me. I would recommend this repair shop! Frank S.

Meyers European was suggested to me by the shop where I take my trucks as an excellent independent Mercedes repair shop. I demand expertise, honesty and ethical behavior in the people I do business with, and Meyers European delivers all three! In a world that seems full of shops I wouldnt recommend to people I dislike, Meyers European is something special! Ive been taking my girlfriends SLK here for repair ever since its warranty expired. On my first visit the tech diagnosed a faulty accelerator pedal assembly (low power/hesitation when accelerating, on increase in power when the accelerator is depressed to the floor) in less than an hour... after 3 visits to a Mercedes Dealer service department failed to solve the same issue. Ive had the SLK back at Meyers European several times since, for repairs and periodic maintenance, and they always do excellent work at fair prices. If youve got a Benz, this is the shop to see!

With using the Mercedes name ~ One would assume that this is a certified Mercedes repair site ??? It is not ... & When work is being done even with a high-ticket repair ... One would assume that Mercedes parts were used ... No .... NEVER assume ... I had repair done to my 99 SLK .I found out both assumptions AFTER the $$$ Repairs.. The car was built in Germany & I cringe everytime I need repair .... Being that I feel like I am allowing another mechanic to do what-ever to a well-bulit machine .. Frustration ... & cost is not the object ... Having true Mercedes parts & over-all safety is a concern ... Ohhh & the transmission work that was done ... I am holding my breath as I have noticed a challenge in shifting 1st to second gear .... $1700.00 later ... ugh .... Welcome to owning a Benz

Ive been a loyal customer to this business for 3.5 years. I dont go there often because I dont drive my car much, but recently when I did I was treated horribly. It seems the only intention the people there have is making as much money off you as possible for ANY thing that they can find reason to charge you. I won’t be surprised if this place goes out of business anytime soon.

Very Highly Recommended! Excellent service, and folks you can trust to get the job done right. I have been looking for an alternative to the dealer for a long time to service my 2003 E320. And I have found it! I got my air suspension replaced for a very fair price. They even took the time to show me the old part and explain the issue in detail. Could not be happier.

Very pleasant experience. Staff was good at prioritzing needs and explaining before repairs were done. This isnt my first Audi and from my experience they are not cheap to own, its nice to find a shop that can save me $$.
