My wife noticed her tire was flat Sunday morning. Waited 3 hours on a Sunday because Walmart is one of the few places open on Sunday for a repair and closest to my house, also had to drive on small spare that I changed out. People cars passed me in line and the store manager was oblivious to any of this as I bright it up. I had to finally go outside to tell one of the techs Ive been waiting 2 1/2 hours to repair a flat. He finally took it in the tire to look at it and told me they couldnt find a leak even after dunking it in water. I questioned this considering the time it took just to have someone look at it and asked if tire pressure had not gone down after refilling it 5 mintues ago. As soon as I took it home the tire was slightly bilging and I could hear the tire hissingfrom a leak. With 20 minute till 6, when the other tire shops close to fix this on a Sunday, I begged the store manager Gail at Pep Boys on Scottsdale and Thomas to see if they could fix it even thought I was showing up right when they closed. Considering I was dealing with the waste of space Walmart folks most of my day. Long story short, screw Walmart and go to Pep Boy! If negative star rating are available -5.! I offen use reviews for my buying decisions, but rarely write them so this one had to be shared.

This Wal-mart is better then most. It is also new and in Scottsdale. So no screaming kids, no stinky weird smells, no ghetto people, and nice. But I do not get why Scottsdale snobs think it is ok to walk into people. I mean quite literally I have been standing in a huge isle with no one around and been ran into. This was on a day that I decided that I was going to hold my ground. Scottsdale people you need to learn these 2 words "excuse me". They really work and when people are in your way they will move when those 2 words are mentioned. Oh and for some reason, if you do run into someone, a simple sorry would really be nice. The employees are incompetent here too. They dont smile and they will squish your bread if they are bagging your stuff, so be aware. I can not blame them for being in bad moods I am sure people run into them and treat these poor employees like crap all day long.. Actually I have seen it done a few times. These employees are people too! Treat them with respect.

I experienced the frustration of a flat tire Saturday night, so I had to get it repaired or replaced on a Sunday. Of course most of the regular tire dealers are closed on Sunday so I gave Walmart a try. The manager, Matthew, had me in and on my way in little over an hour. I will defiantly use Walmart for my tire needs in the future. My experience was very positive.
