Considering the shop doesnt even reply to personal emails about a bad experience, I will share mine with the public in hopes they dont get swindled as well. "Hello, After holding in my frustration with your auto store, I cannot let this go without expressing the anger I feel. About a month ago, I made an appointment to bring my truck in for service as it wasnt starting well or accelerating. I was told to bring the vehicle in at 9am on a Wednesday. I wasnt given a time frame, which was fine and told them I wasnt in a huge rush. I received a call as you were closing saying they didnt figure out the issue and need to hold it to look at it in the AM and will be done by 10am. I was dropped off at 4pm by my brother and my truck still hadnt even been looked at. The hood was up but behind another car in a service port, I assume they were letting the engine cool off. I waited there in the waiting room. An hour went by, and an employee came up to me and told me "they installed the incorrect wiring size so they are taking it out now and are going to be done soon." Just over 45 minutes went by, and I was told my truck was finished. To my utter shock, a $500 amount due was given to me. I have had spark plugs and wires changed on over 4 vehicles and never paid remoltely that high of a cost. I have mechanics as friends who laughed at me when I told them what I paid for this service. I asked for an explanation and was charged $246 for labor alone, "two and a half hours"... why on earth am I paying labor charges for an incorrect wire install?? I wasnt even waiting inside the waiting lounge for 2.5 hours and my truck wasnt even being worked on when I got dropped off!!! I was charged a large diagnostic fee. The wires were expensive but a typical to above average consumer cost charge. I didnt even ask him about the labor charge fallacy. I trust this employee he has been respectful to me in the 14 years I have brought my vehicles to your location for service. You have excellent reviews online and between locals I know here. I always have recommended your shop. Maybe because Im a young guy that lives in Scottsdale they thought they could charge me a lot without me caring. Who knows. The level of disrespect in the charges makes me absolutely furious. I am blown away by it. Why am I paying huge labor fees (2.5 hours) when it took 45 minutes to install the *correct* wiring and plugs? I dont want a refund, I dont want a coupon or an apology, this is a loyal customer letting you know I will not be back. You might have the flawless ratings online but you have treated someone bad enough that you deserve a terrible public review of what I dealt with but Im not the type of person to do that. Im going to take my future business elsewhere and warn my friends what can happen to them if they blindly trust your business like I did. Public rating systems have their faults as I deal with them in my line of work but I do know I was absolutely ripped off with a smile. Thanks for reading I guess.

I have had nothing but decent experiences until I got a new alternator. They were angry that I would not buy the name brand part and told me that if I did not, they would not warranty it. This is crazy... Just not true. If a part is bad the part company will actually do the warranty. So they said they put a new part and when it failed they said I needed the name brand. Turns out they kept the old one in there. When I called them out changed it out with the part I wanted. I would have been a customer for life and paid the higher amount but not for dishonesty. Go outside of Scottsdale if you can.

These guys held my sons car for nearly a week without even looking at it. Had the BMW toed there on Tuesday. Wednesday: still havent looked, youre next, tomorrow morning. Thursday: still havent looked, tomorrow morning. Friday at lunch we stopped in, still hadnt looked at it, we took it with us. Im sure these guys are great, but we had a terrible experience. Do they really think its acceptable to hold a car for nearly a week w/o even diagnosing it? What century are these guys from?

These guys are honest and great people! Went in today to get my battery replaced, and one of the reps let me know that based on my mileage, it should still be under warranty and to contact my dealership. I did and they were right, so I went to my dealership instead. While I didnt get service today, I appreciated that they advised me based on what was best for me and my budget instead of their own. I will definitely be going back for all my future needs!

The staff is courteous, down to earth and service is only provided on your car if its necessary. There are no hidden agendas here. Amazing to find in this day and age! Ive never had a bad experience here. Theyre reliable and up front with me about costs and work that my car needs and never pressure me into buying anything. If I say "no" to something, they dont push, which I really appreciate. Ive taken my car here for oil changes and other check ups for years and love their service.

Ive been taking my car and my wifes car here for awhile now. These folks are honest and trustworthy. I never worry about being sold anything I dont need. They are also friendly. This is a great shop.
