Arrived at 11:00am on a Sunday. I asked for a standard oil change and 4 new tires. Dustin told me to pull around to bay 2. So I did. We got all the details squared away and he told me "it will be about an hour, hour and a half, two hours." I had shopping to do so that was fine. After shopping with my kids for 1hour and 45 mins I returned to the desk to inquire about my car. They said 30 more mins. So I took my kids and we walked to Carls Jr for lunch. We then walked back and my car was still on the lift. We are now at the 2 hour and 30 minute mark. The guy at the desk said they were just lowering it. "BUT THEY STILL NEEDED TO DO THE TIRES" I thought he was kidding but nope. Two and a half hours to change my oil. When I arrived there were two technicians. And 1 car already being worked on. Im not sure what happened. But I wasnt about to wait another 2+ hours to have them change my tires. So I asked them to just bring my car up so I could leave. I dont think Ill be returning to this Walmart. If its that bad on a Sunday morning I cant imagine what its like during a busy time. Just do yourself a favor and steer clear of this location.

Gave them 2 stars for at least printing up some info for me. Really seems like they didnt want to sell me tires. Judging by other reviews it would have taken all day to do my car as there was another tire job before mine. All tire shops Ive been to easily looked tires up and the sales guy would happily go out to my car to confirm sizes. I expected too much thinking they could just look it up here and they seemed peeved about it. Then they didnt have enough in stock. They gave me some product info to help in my search elsewhere.

went in to get new tires, after i waited almost an hour for what they told me would take an hour, they pulled my car into the bay. when i asked for an update, the tech said he couldnt do it cuz he didnt have the d$&@ wheel lock. i told the cashier it was in the glove box and the tech came out a few minutes later and said he wasnt going theough the "idiots glove box to find the d$&@ wheel lock". That was it. i demanded my keys back and went somewhere else. thats the last time i will ever spend a nickel at that tire center.

If I could give lower, I would. My experience was no better than the majority of reviewers here. I only came here because my WalMart did not have my tire in stock, but Ill never do that again. Same story as most, I waited for 30 minutes with no one in front of me to just be helped! The 1 hour time they told me turned into 2.5 hours and the tire wasnt even on a vehicle. Avoid at all costs.

What a horrible place to do business. A constant let down. I bought a car battery less than a year ago, went in to get it changed or even checked, and the manager tried telling me he didnt have time to look at it and it is so difficult to change out under warranty, it wouldnt be worth the time for either of us. Where is the customer service anymore? Not at Walmart auto center!

This place is amazingly bad at what they do! They should win some sort of razzie award for providing the absolute worst service possible. If you are determined to try and save money on tires, I would try the Clinton Walmart close by. I have been there several times with no issues .

Ordered 4 tires online. Took 6 hours to replace 4 tires. There was only one other car in the shop when I was there. Worst customer service I have experienced!!! Another car came in for an oil change after me. He waited over 2 hours getting an oil change.

Wait times and service are pathetic. They didnt even have the oil filter for a 2016 F150. First customer in the morning and 2 hours later still not complete with oil change and tire rotation.

An hour wait turned into 3 hours. They get to cars in any order, they were helping people that came after us before they started ours
