We moved here 6 months ago and a mechanic is always the thing I most dread finding. We took our car here because it was close to our house (less than a mile) to get a general service before a road trip and new tires, at the time I was pleased with the service. Fast forward a few months and my car died in the garage, it was so dead I couldnt even put it in neutral and push it out . My husband is frequently out of town and I have 3 small children so as you may guess taking my car into the shop is horrible regularly, but this was going to be such a nightmare to figure out for me. My husband called the shop and they sent someone over who was able to jump the car and they also took it to the shop for me and replaced the battery. I was so impressed when I saw that they didnt charge me anything extra for my "housecall". Little things like this make customers for life, and I will definitely be using them for my cars!

Not impressed. Extremely slow service and they didnt do what I asked them to do. Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Also asked them to check on a low pressure tire. There was 1 other car in the shop. Almost 2 hours later, my oil change is done but they cant find the keys to the car. They smeared some stuff on the sidewall of my tire and didnt rotate them! 2 hours for an oil change on a slow day is ridiculous. All while the shop techs are goofing around and blowing smoke clouds with their vapor sticks. First and last time customer for sure.

We moved to the area about three years ago, but continued using our old mechanic for a while. After using Lynnwood a couple of times, they have earned our loyalty. Our van was having issues with the AC in the back of the vehicle. Instead of charging us for a brand new system as many would have, they fixed it and charged us less than the estimate they gave, and in less time. Our car had an issue with the gas cap that our previous mechanic had tried unsuccessfully to diagnose and fix four or five times. Lynn wood fixed it the first time.

I dropped in at 9:00 AM on a Friday to get a flat tire fixed and an oil change. There were several people already waiting and was told it would be 1 1/2 hours or more by the time the work would be finished. Almost exactly one hour later I was handed my keys; work all done! They charged me only for the oil change and fixed my flat for free! I was very impressed with their fast, professional, and efficient service. I need all new tires before winter and will definitely be going back to Lynn Wood! I highly recommend their services to anyone!

Upon arriving for an maintenance check on my car two of the mechanics ignored me without as much as asking what I needed or wanted. They were busy talking and smoking and when I asked for directions they seems frustrated that I interrupted their conversation. However, the manager seemed nicer and more willing to help and explain some stuff. First impressions matter, reason why I took my business up the street to a competing store. If the manger reads this, your mechanics attitudes affect how customers perceive your store.

Having just moved from New York, I didnt look forward to having to find a new place for car service that is honest, reasonably priced, and does good work. The high reviews for Lynn Wood Service Center and my sons recommendation prompted me to try them. I was not disappointed. Their service was quick. The repair was very simple. They completed it so quickly they did not even charge me. As a first time customer, I think they wanted my repeat business. I am sold. They are going to get my future business.

I brought a set of new tires In and wheels that just got powder coated. I got home and went to clean the wheels off from there lube they put on to get the tires on and there tire machine on all 4 wheels scraped into my powdercoating. I had to get them re powdercoated. This store also broke 2 of my tire pressure sensors due to over tightening and stripping the valve stem valve in to tights breaking it. Very disappointed. I wont ever come back here or will I refer friends or family in here.

Tried to sell me parts that I did not need. They said that I needed new breaks in order to pass inspection. I took my car home, and went to replace the brakes and the pads on the car were just as thick as the replacement ones. I also needed a new tire because they did not do my alignment correctly the year before, and the inside of my tire wore very fast. I will never go here again.

The team at Lynn Wood always do a great job. Ive been taking my cars and my daughter has taken her cars there for a few years now, and the work is always done correctly, on time, and at a reasonable price. The staff treats us with respect and always explains everything in a professional and personal manner. I highly recommend Lynn Wood in Clinton. They are a top notch team.

I needed to replace both batteries in my diesel truck and the mechanic asked if I had ever replaced them before. I had. Two years before I had replaced the batteries at Ed Kenley Ford. The man said that they should be covered under warranty, called a mechanic from Ed Kenley, and then sent me on my way to get new batteries under warranty. Great experience and now this is my shop.

This is my local shop and these are my guys. They have taken a lot of my money over the years but they have never taken me for a ride. If you take your car into a mechanic, you really should never expect good news, but you can expect honesty and good business practices. The guys at Lynn Woods continue to take damn good care of me and my family. They will do the same for you.

I hit a curb and needed help fast! This team was very helpful. They spent some time on the phone found the parts to fix my tire and I had my car back within a day. They also saved me some money on the original quote and only did the work that was Nessesary. Now that is great customer service. Thank you for the extra work it took to get my car back to me so quickly!

Took my truck in for break pads and. They priced me up to over $1000 with all the crap that said they needed to fix. Took it home ended up fixing it for under $100 my self . Go somewhere else they probably con on a lot of old people in the area
