I chose this location because it was close to my home. PROS: The work was done in a timely manner. I was able to pick up my vehicle within 3 days. Everything that needed fixed was fixed. The check engine light and coolant light are no longer on. The door closes better then it did before. Everything has been running smoothly since I picked up 2 weeks ago. CONS: I feel like I got "nickel & dimed" to death. Every little thing he could charge for I got charged for. I was bringing it to him to have the emissions problem fixed and had already paid for the service elsewhere. But was charged for it again there. Charged for some systems check also (dont know how thats different then the emissions. I was also charged for topping off my coolant. Charged for test driving my vehicle, charged for putting gas in it, etc. When I asked if he could offer a military discount (Im active military) I was given an abrupt "no". I guess some people just dont love America ;)

If I could give a zero star to this guy I would, he was very rude and abrupt when asked a simple question about taking apart my 1970 Plymouth carburetor. Its not like I was taking his next meal off his table it was two seconds to describe the one bolt I was missing. If you can find anywhere else in the entire valley definitely use them. I was hopeful that this would be a good shop to visit since its close to my home but now Im going to great lengths to make sure no one else patronizes this business. I understand people are in business to make a dollar, and I would have happily referred multiple friends and family to his business, but this guys attitude has definitely changed that.

Do not use these guys! Had my carb "rebuilt", and now my truck is all messed up. It broke down the day that I brought it home from the shop, and they wouldnt even offer to help tow it back to take a look. I had to "find my own way to get it back to them" even though my truck wouldnt even run anymore. Broke down in the middle of the road. Brought a working truck into their shop, and got one that didnt even run back. The fuel filter was put back on backwards, and now I am having to pay another shop to re-do the exact same work. I rarely leave reviews, but the customer service is so horrible at this place that its worth throwing out the warning.

Ive never written a review about anything until now. We were stranded in Salt Lake City for 5 days, we went through 4 different mechanics before we found Kelly. This man went above and beyond to a fix a problem nobody else could fix. He stayed overtime for my friends and I and did everything in his power to get our 1986 Ford RV running. He literally drove our RV with the hood off while hanging out of the window to manually inject it with fuel to diagnose a problem no other mechanic could. We are so lucky to find this guy and because of him we can continue our month long road trip around the West. Kelly... YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!

Brought my Expedition in with a very bad leak problem. I have taken it to other auto repair places and days later, they said they could not find exactly where it was leaking. I was leaving on a plane flight and was able to drop it off at the last minute. Carbmaster not only found the leak, they completely fixed the leak by the time I returned. They were so accommodating, they did not even charge me overnight storage while I was out of town, like so many other auto places do. 100% Satisfied!!!

I took my truck to him on a recommendation. He told me that it would take a couple days before he could get started on it. I took it to him on a Thursday. Here it is the following Wednesday and he is "not sure, but hoping to" get it started. This doesnt give confidence. I would not recommend this person to anyone because here it is almost a week since I dropped it off and it is still sitting and waiting. Not a good business idea to quote a time and then completely ignore it.

Had a great time working with Kelly.The man knows carbs..if you need it done right than its worth the wait...The man is busy so let him work,like I always say" you cant hurry a masterpiece"..He even offered to tune my rebuilt Holly after it was installed...Wow what service.If you had a bad experience Im sorry,Patience is a virtue in my world.Cant wait to get my 64 T-bird rolling...Good luck in your car restos...Thanks again Bro...

Do not use this business, the customer service is horrible. I called to get a quote on a carb rebuild. The owner was very rude and unhelpful. His price for a carb rebuild was outrageous! If you need any work done, definitely go to any shop BUT Carbmaster!!!! The other businesses in your google search are where you should focus your business!
