I do ALL my own maintenance except tires and alignment. Got an alignment here because 1) They said they knew how to use my alignment bushings on my lift kit for my Ford Ranger and 2) they are the only ones to offer a lifetime alignment service (Big deal for me when I do my own maintenance). My first DAY there they pulled my truck in right away and got "started" on it. I could see the techs crawling all over my truck checking EVERYTHING. Coolant levels and color, transmission fluid, engine oil, tire pressure, steering linkage. I think one guy even pulled out a battery tester? 30 minuets in they finally put the alignment equipment on. 15 minuets later they called me up to say everything that was wrong with my truck, and I told him why that stuff was that way or I knew about that (wasting mine and their time). He tried to sell me tires, when my current ones A/Ts only had 5,000 miles. An oil change when my current one didnt even have 200 miles on it. then he said my bearings were shot in the front and that they couldnt do an alignment until they were fixed. He quoted me $250. I declined and said I could do them myself in an hour for under $50. They made me pay for the alignment I did not receive, but no big deal, ill be back tomorrow. Went home, fixed it and went back the next day. I told him not to waste our time by having the techs check all the "while youre here, this needs fixed" stuff they did the day before and do whats necessary to align it. They did just that, and 45 minuets later the tech himself got me and explained everything he did and why he did it. Was very nice about it and im pleased with the job he did. I would never have these guys fix anything else because they look for things to be done. Knowing my own maintenance record I knew that most of the things they said needed fixing, did not need to be fixed. They are not honest in their price quotes or in what is broken, but they knew how to align my truck. And they did a good job.

UNETHICAL "BUSINESS" The customer service and lack of competency at this joke of a business is disgusting. Chet the manager is a liar and a coward. Took my diesel in for a serpentine belt that should have costed 200 dollars (quote from another store) they broke my truck and then charged me $700 for "everything they had done" then told me it was my fault because they didnt work on diesels. THEN YOU SHOULDNT HAVE TOUCHED MY TRUCK! I had to take it Big O to get fixed. Costed me $2,000. Went back and told Chet that Big O said it was what they had done that caused the other damage, he said he would refund the 700 we paid them and 75% of what we had to pay Big O so we left happy. They were just trying to get us out of the building. Its been two months and Chet is never there when we go in and he is avoiding our calls. I have been a customer for 15 years but not anymore. Big O is where I will go from now on. I hope your lack of morals was worth losing my business. Me and my new baby and medical bills Thankyou for being so conniving and shady. Thankyou for the position you have put us in. JAMES if you are reading this please give me a call, nobody will let me talk to you or get ahold of corporate.

Went in to get my car aligned and have two new tires installed, (because of the off alignment they were bare), and when they called me to pick it up they said they were not able to do the alignment so they just installed the two tires. First of all, why did they not call me before making the decision to install the tires without the alignment?? I dont want NEW tires put on a car that will just tear them up?! *Keep in mind I am a 17 year old female bringing in a car* . When i asked why they did not inform me of the problem, he simply said that he knew my father was at work and wouldnt be able to talk/ understand what was wrong!!!! Like what the hell kind of excuse is that?? It made me sick that he said that. And on top of all this he was trying to order me new ball joints (after my dad JUST REPLACED THEM) for $300!!!!! I am furious and would love to spread the bad experience to everyone thinking of taking their car to this location. DONT DO IT.

I went there couple times before for oil changing and inspection i was satisfied with their service. But last week I got an appointment for my right window. I was there at 8am and they told me they would check my window it would take 40 min. I waited more than 1 hour and they told me they needed to change window motor and window and it cost around $700. I didnt want to have fix my window at that time it was so expensive. They charged $125 just for inspection. They taped my right window and i left. I found another service and went there they checked my window in 5 min and didnt charge money for inspection. They told me the same thing but they told me it cost $380 it was almost the half price. They fixed my car in 40 min. I did trust Firestone until last week. I am disappointed with their service. They charged $125 for nothing and i waited there more than an hour just for inspection the ptoblem that normally takes 5 min.

They gave me one quote then got in there and wanted to charge me a few hundred dollars more when I said no. They wanted to charge me 170 dollars for just taking of the oil pan.. trying to tell me it takes 1.8 hours of labor to take of oil pan of a ford escape. When I told them I was not paying it because the car had only been there 10-20 minutes before they called me so they obviously had the oil pan off in 10-20 min. They told me they would not put it back on if I wasnt going to pay them so they would push it out of the shop and I could have it towed. Then when I told him fine.. he kept trying to come down on the price. Dont believe the will beat any price sign they have because when I told them how much sears would do it for they would not match it. Eventually they put the pan back on...so a day of aggravation and no car and back to square one

Super busy but the staff members were friendly, helped me get a good pair of tires. Came back a second time for my tire rotation. Not busy at all and they got me in immediately. They rotated and balanced my tires as is promised once buying tires from them. However they replaced my hubcaps incorrectly. The tire stem was not in the spot where the tire stem should go and the front two tires are missing the tires stem caps. This is not the kind of customer service I expect from Firestone. May 27, 2017 tried calling to see if I could get an appointment to rotate my tires, the guy said he would send me to the service department waited 5 minutes and nobody answered. I called again and they hung up on me.... Can I take away my one star?
