I wont be back. The people are friendly but - not only did they NOT fix my vehicles problem, they broke my A/C in the process. I brought my Pontiac in for an Idle problem. The A/C worked great when I dropped it off. After diagnosing the issue, they told me the problem was related to a bad computer (PCM) module and that I would have to take it to a dealer to repair it. They charged me $40 for their time. I didnt have a problem with that, but when I got home I found out the Air Conditioner no longer worked (never had a problem before). I took it back and they looked at it for free but again blamed the computer saying that it controls everything. They didnt charge me to look the 2nd time but they also didnt fix the issue they caused. So I basically had no A/C anymore. The cooling fan also wouldnt work anymore. I took the car to another mechanic, explained what happened, and they found a broken wire in the engine compartment. The other mechanic replaced the bad wires and not only did my A/C start working again, but that also fixed the original idle problem. So Firestone was unable to diagnose my issue and also broke my A/C in the process. I was not impressed and wont be back.

Let me start by saying the front counter staff was very friendly and accommodating as much as she could be. With that being said I Took my vehicle in today to get an alignment because the steering was off SLIGHTLY to the left and Im going on a road trip this weekend. Made an appointment here today and was told itd take 45-60 minutes. I was there for 3 HOURS only for them to tell me that they werent able to do the alignment because my truck is lifted and cant be adjusted properly. Then the mechanic had the nerve to ask me if I still wanted to purchase the year warranty on the alignment (that they couldnt do)! As if this wasnt frustrating enough I get into my car and drive away only to find the steering is EVEN WORSE and WAY more to the left than before. I mean WAY more, if I let my steering wheel go my truck will nearly do a full left turn on its own. I thought about contacting the manager there to see if this can be fixed, but at this point Im not confident they can fix their poor work and would rather not chance that they will mess it up even more.... or waste anymore of my time. DO NOT GO HERE FOR AN ALIGNMENT!

First off I want to give them 0 stars. They have the vot they have the worst service Ive ever gotten at Firestone. Also I went to three different Firestones including this one two of them said the same problem the same prices in the same time to get it fixed and this one has no idea what theyre talking about didnt even mention what I need to help with recommended things that werent even wrong on the car . They started telling me different problems with my car when stuff that they recommend was already fixed by them and all I needed was a few things that I had to mention what I need done and their price was triple the price the other two firestorms told me. I highly recommend anybody to go there theyre the worst might as well drive a little farther find some other Firestone or a different place to get your car fixed because this place is such a rip off theyre just trying to make a lot of money off of you by doing things that are not needed on your vehicle.

Called early in the week to make sure they had the tires I wanted, didnt have them said they would have them delivered from a store across town. Made appointment for Saturday afternoon, got here at appointment time tried to sell me alignment without even looking at the truck or tires, told the guy I just had one a couple months ago, didnt need it. He proceeds to try and sell me one anyways. Tells me 2 hour wait on the tires, I say ok. An hour later they call and say the tires that were supposed to be delivered early in the week never came, tries to sell me other tire they have in stock, I say no I want the tires I asked for, he lets me know someone is going to get them. While Im sitting here waiting someone calls and tries to sell me a break job. These guys need to focus on the job at hand that they cannot even handle, quit trying to up sale a bunch of costly repairs to people

I took my car in for an oil change. after they returned to car abck to me I drove home and parked it in the garage...the next morning I found a masive oil puddle under my car. I called the shop and they sent someone our to pick up my car and found that they had doubled O-Ringed the oil filter (common problem if the tech does pay attention). They installed a new filter, filled it up with new oil and delivered to back to my house. They also sent someone out to my house to clean the mess. I was very hapy that they did not lie about the problem (like so many shops do)...they admitted fault and took care of the issue...and went above what I had asked for. I understand that people make mistakes...its what they do after the mistake that counts...they will have my business in the future.

i have taken my two current vehicles there as well as my previous truck. they do tires and auto repair. they seem pretty knowledgable and honest. when something is going to be really expensive they will consider cheaper options or even searching for cheaper parts. i have an older cadillac, when it needed an a/c overhaul instead of telling me thier option was the only one, they sent me to another shop who was more experienced with caddys... seemed like an honest thing to do. pros-very fast work/nice guys. cons-a bit pricey for parts but the labor seems average. their really one of about 3-5 shops on the west side, and they all charge about the same. i like this place, but again, the prices are a bit high, but their good.

It wouldnt let me give 0 stars, but I would if I could. I made an appointment to get one tire replaced due to a bubble on the sidewall. I was told it would be forty-five minutes to an hour, which was important since I have 3 little kids with me and no way to get home. I told them I would take the kids on a walk to kill some time. After 50 minutes we came back because it started getting cold. When we got back, the car was outside. Maybe it was already done. THEY HAD NOT EVEN STARTED. When I asked, they took the car back without giving me the option to leave. Im standing in the store an hour and a half in, still no car, kids going nuts. You couldnt pay me to get tires at this store again.

manager is an idoit, went in for an ac service and they couldnt find out what was wrong so charged me 175 bucks ? why i dont know they suck at ac work. Took my truck to the dealer and they said compressor was bad anyone with any mechanical experience could tell that. called them back to get a price to bet the dealer for a new compressor dealer wanted $900 to fix it when the compressor is only $300 and firestone wanted $1500 and when asked why, he wanted to replace more than just the compressor and said the compressor was $700 and wanted $300 for dryer that wasnt even bad?. If you need any mechanical work stay away from this store. Other firestones might be good but not this one!
