I havent been in this store for ~6 years. I went in to have my big-o brand tires that I bought at this store rotated and have a slow leak looked into. A tall man in cowboy hat and wranglers met me in the parking lot and told me they didnt have time for me. I think its because I was in a civic, not a lifted Cummins, and I was new to town, not a good old boy. I think those might be requisite for service at this store. I didnt make a scene or anything. I went across the street and told the competition and was told that they fix flats for free no matter where you bought them or what brand they were. They also said they would rotate my tires on the house that time. Guess how many tires Ive bought from them since then. 32. (Multiple cars that commute = a lot of tires in just a few years) Plus theyve done other services a well (alignment, brakes, etc). I think they more than recouped the cost of those complimentary services on my first visit. Ive told this story to others and tried to direct them away from this establishment as well. P.s. I can see you read these reviews and take them seriously by all the responses to other reviewers. Its very unprofessional and unbecoming the way you used your response to the review about the tires you refused to rotate under warranty to respond to that customers problem. This is as public as it gets and you shouldnt answer with such specific details here. Keep your response general here and contact customers privately for specifics. You will avoid looking petty if you do that.

If you have time and money to waste this is definitely your kind of place. We decided to give these guys a shot. We had a vehicle that we were feeling positive there was issues in the brakes, I brought it in they gave us the clear. My husband Took it in not long after that insisting that certain parts had issues, and what do you know we were right. They let us drive in an unsafe vehicle, that had horrible brakes and the rotors were in just as bad condition. So they replaced those parts for us. Then we noticed as we drove after that visit that the issues had still not be remedied. So we took it back and they tell us its the rotors. And we figure ok accidents happen maybe the rotors had been installed inncorrectly. And we figure fine theyre under warranty go ahead and replace them again. We continue to drive and still an issue is there. So we take it in a third time and this time are told that the brakes and the rotors are shot. Mind you this all happened within 2 months. And the vehicle doesnt drive farther than 15 minutes a day. So how do my brand new rotors need replaced three times in 2 months I will never know. We decided that was the final straw. We took it in for a second opinion, and my shot parts were in perfect condition. It was a tire that needed replaced, the mechanic showed me the issue and it was the obvious answer. They obviously either dont do the work and charge you or dont have a clue what theyre doing. Not going to spend any more of my time or money here.

My wife went there to get her rear brakes done. It cost us $500. They said they replacedthe brakes and rotars but when my wife asked to get the old rotars. They told her they has to give it to the part dealer for some cor charge. This was a month ago. I then had to go to the dealer to get warranty job done on the same car. While it was on the lift the machanic was talking to me about keeping up with maintenance. I told him what i did and that i just changed the brakes and rotars. He took one look at the rotars and said ," If they are new they look like they have about 50000 miles on them." I know he was right because about 50000 miles ago i had worned down the brakes down so much it had scraped down the metal so much. My friend how is a machanic showed me the damage and i actually use one of them as a brake drum on my drumset. I wish he lived in utah again. So i will never go there again. I will tell everyone i know that the people at that Big O tires will rob you. Then 2 days ago i went to O Railys auto parts store to get a filter. I told them the same story and the clerk responded by saying ," That is what i have been hearing from a lot of peple lately." I will never go ther again and everyone i know will know not to go there.

If I could give a lower rating I would. Many times I had several of my vehicles in their hands and feel like I was completely taken advantage of every time. Had many alignments done with them that would fall within a week. Couldnt figure out why, and neither could they. I took it in to another shop they found and fixed the issue immediately. I havent had the issue since. Spent way to much money in repeated allignments, they either go to fast to see other possible issues or just really dont care. Took in another vehicle that needed a cv axel replaced, "had the work done" and still the issue continued. Deciding enough was enough, after paying $100s of dollars for no fix and wasting my time. I took it into a second shop and they told me there was no possible way that it had been ever replaced. They replaced and fixed the axel and the problem went away. You can imagine I was furious and called the Big O service manager like all the responding comments on reviews suggest and was called a liar. Told that if they said they did it they did it, and that I was trying to get free money. Glad to see this is how you treat your customers. Dont waste your time dialing the number, because you can probably expect the same response.

I am person that I do not like to argue. I have been getting tires from Big O Tires for a long time, not just this store. Never have I had an issue with them. Got new tires today for my car and before I left the place I was checking out the tires see how they looked at the same time looking at the lug nuts and they where all on. On my drive home I heard something knock underneath my car, it may of been a rock I do not know but when I got home I decide to look at my wheels and I noticed that a lug nut was missing. Now when I go back to tell them, they said that it was already missing since before they started changing my tires. At some point could they have told me it was missing? I would of at least decided to get a new set of lug nuts. I did go out for bit to go have breakfast and when I came back I still waited for almost two hours. I guess the excuse would be they were very busy. It was my word against theirs and I was not going to stand there and argue over one lug nut. Now am going to check that all the lug nuts are tight myself. Safety is my concern so check your vehicle.
