Ive went to this place originally to get my brakes done since Ive used midas in the past and have the lifetime brakes, worst decision ever! While there I asked the owner Tony about getting my ac repaired, he said they can fix it. I had them look at it to tell me what was wrong and he said it would be around $140 to get the ac fixed, the ac worked for about a month! After taking my car to this place 3 or 4 times and then trying to charge me for something new each time, I just parked the car and let it sit. Eventually I ended taking the car to the midas in Peoria, the ran the tests on the ac and showed me exactly where it was leaking from! The funny thing is the leak was at the very top of the engine, in plain site when you open the hood. The Peoria midas fixed the ac free of charge because of what this midas didnt do. Now about the brakes, while driving if I hit the brakes (I know, crazy idea to use your brakes while driving) the steering wheel would shake violently. This is after Tony and his con men "repaired" the brakes! The midas in Peoria took my tire off and I could see as clear as day a spot on the rotor that was darker than the rest of the rotor, he explained it was a high spot and thats what was causing the shaking. Since I paid Tony and his henchmen to fix my brakes (they should be able to at least do brakes, right?) and the receipt clearly shows I was charged for "turning the rotors" I didnt expect for them to not even repair the brakes either! After spending a few hundred dollars and time wasted, they did nothing to fix my car! They even tried to change the labor fee to make me pay for bringing my car back to fix what shouldve been done the very first time I took my car to this place! They only took my money, they didnt do any actual work to fix any of the issues that they were paid to fix! I will be contacting the corporate office next...

Ive been using this Midas shop for over 3 years without a problem. They always been up front with me explaining whats wrong and fixing whatever problem quickly and reliably. Over the summer I had my car towed to the shop with engine problems. It took them four days to diagnose, and told me I needed new spark plugs. They had my car for 5 days just to replace the plugs and get my the engine codes to clear so my check engine light would stay off. Easy fix I thought. Two days after the fix the car was still having issues, so I replaced the coil packs and plug wires myself. This seemed to fixed my problem with only an occasional engine hiccup which I was comfortable with owning a high mileage older vehicle. I brought my car in for emission testing and it showed an engine code failure. The technician thought it was strange since my check engine light wasnt on so he ran the test again and told me that the bulb was probably burned out. Once again older car, I can see that happening. Decided to bring my car to another shop on recommendation to fix the problem, and upon removing the instrument cluster to change the engine light bulb, THERE WAS NO BULB. The Tech at Midas REMOVED the check engine light bulb so I it would seem like my car was fixed. They just lost all my business. Sorry Shane.

These people are complete CROOKS! I had got the "Royal Flush" to exchange all the fluids out of my vehicle and my oil gage needle was suddenly broken. They had ripped me off a 2 differentials I didnt need and that didnt help my vehicle..They tried to tell me I needed to replace my motor and told me I had internal engine problems. They had even told me to that my radiator needed replacing. I then took my vehicle for a 2nd opinion and they told me my problems of my vehicle in which did NOT relate to what Midas was telling me. I will NEVER go back since they tried to rip me off at 2 different occasions.

Shout out to Tony, Mary, and their crew of mechanics. You guys do an outstanding job and treat your clients greatly! My fiancee and her family had introduced me to your shop and Ive continued going to only you guys since. You treat us with the highest respect and awesome customer service and above all you treat us as friends whenever we walk in. I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment but felt rushed. They never rotated the tires. When I asked about it they said my ties are great. I like to rotate them every 5,000 miles. I also just got to town from driving from New Hampshire and could visibly see wear on my front tires. They proceeded to tell me that my next oil change was due in 1,000 miles. I felt like they were too busy to know what was going on. I drove down the street and paid an extra $20 to rotate my tires. I wont be coming back to this shop.

Ive recently been shopping around for a new auto service shop. I have a good amount of automotive experience from racing and I tire of the lame excuses and problems in the service industry. I dont let on I know as much or more about what is wrong with my car as they do. This Midas was wonderful. They gave me exactly the answers I expected with the problem I have. They did exactly the work needed. And they found a leaky brake line I missed! I am very impressed with them. I dont often recommend auto service. But I feel good about these guys.

My dealings with the owner Tony in trying to get my money back for a bad job his shop did has been a nightmare. He has offered only a small bit of the 1500 I have lost due to this fiasco. He talks a good game but has no follow through. He is supposed to send 289.00 to me but I really dont expect it after all his delays. If this review is still here and unchanged then he never paid me a cent and I suggest not using his Midas services unless you want to end up stranded on the road with no recourse. VERY BAD SERVICE all the way around.

Ive been going here since 2012, outstanding service. They go above and beyond and genuinely care for there customers. I Feel blessed to come across there location they have helped keep our cars in top notch condition. Visit here and you will feel the difference. Tony is tha man! - He cares for his customers and it shows: it feels like talking with a close friend or relative how he treats everyone. He is respectful, honest, and of great character. 5 stars! I feel confident in taking my truck here for future repairs. I went in last week to have a vehicle checked out that I was considering purchasing. Tony made room for me to come in right away while the seller waited. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and did a very good job of inspecting and running system checks and explaining what I could expect in repair costs if I purchased the vehicle. Also, the girl at the front counter was kind enough to help me run a carfax. Thanks again Tony and the Midas Team!
