To whom it may concern, I had a bad experience at Quality years ago. Because of situation I thought I would try you again. By far you have been the worst dealership experience I have ever had!!! 1st. the call there. Rather abruptly but not rude 2nd. By appointment 9 am. But there are 5 in front of you. 3rd. Wait for a hour for your service ride. Only to be told. The driver heard the call but your GM told him not to clock in till 10am. 4th. $110.00 inspection fee. At the very end of the day you text me for a $700.00 bill.. really? 5TH! YOU LIED STRAIGHT TO MY FACE. Youre inspection missed the very leak I came in for!! Wasnt till I came and look that I seen you never did a inspection. 6th after the second day I stopped by to see how it was coming. It was on the rack in the same condition, as it came in as. But least you couldnt lie to me. 2.5 labor hours or 2.5 days. 7th. Trying to call for your service ride to pick it up and pay you a $1000.00. Three times no-one could answer your phone. 4th time it hung up on me. But by text.. could get a ride. Out of all of the miss-happenings, lies and inconvenience. You would think you could offer to wash a windshield instead of oil finger prints on the fenders. As much as I would like to use a four letter word at this point, I wont. Because even the time to write this. Is a waste of time. Your service. I would never in good faith, to a enemy recommend you! Please keep your automated response to yourself. We love to support our local businesses, but will under no circumstance ever go back to this dealership. Every experience from looking at a new vehicle to having our vehicle serviced has been a horrible experience. I had a salesman lie to my face when asking about the Chrysler Town and Country being discontinued with the new arrival of the Pacifica and they lied saying they werent aware of that. I know salesman are usually dishonest, but anyone who does their research knows that fact. We have had two new vehicles (not purchased at this dealership) serviced at this dealership and each service was not completed properly (which required a return visit to complete) and fluids were leaked onto the engine. Not to mention that during a simple tire rotation they didnt switch the tire pressure sensors and fluids were not even topped off. Now of all things my husband calls for a quote for a routine service (hopeful that since the service department is under new management things will be different). Well instead of calling back with a quote we were scheduled for an oil change! That is an example of what horrible service this dealership provides! Honestly I wouldnt even trust them for a simple oil change and would rather go to Jiffy Luve or Grease Monkey. This dealership needs some serious help! We will be driving out to another Chevrolet dealership for our services and a new vehicle.

I spent the last year taking my 07 Chevy Malibu into Quality for routine maintenance. For 5 months Ive had the same complaint that coolant was leaking from the passenger side. The first time in they said it was a leak from the head gasket - replaced under warranty. The problem wasnt fixed and I took it in as the leak was more prominent 4 months later. This time they said it was a coolant hose - $200.00. 2 weeks later I noticed the same leaking. I took it in frustrated that the problem still hadnt been resolved and was disappointed to hear that they thought it might be the heating hose which would run me another $200.00. To sum up a long story - I refused to pay for anymore service. Took the car to a private mechanic who jacked the car up in front of me and spotted the leak from the head gasket. He actually had me get down under the car to look at it...and its plain as day. I wouldnt recommend service at Quality Cheverolet - The service techs dont know cars themselves and they are hardly helpful in resolving issues. After my experience Im inclined to feel that the work just isnt honest. I wouldnt buy a car there knowing that it couldnt be taken care of.

I was in recently in for a recall on my vehicle and when I got it back it was was running worse than when I took it in. After inspecting my vehicle I discovered the MAP sensor was broken. When I called to resolve the issue I was transferred multiple times until I finally spoke with Charlie who said it was very possible they broke it, but he couldnt authorize it to be fixed but would tell the service manager and have him call me later that day. I never got that call only a voicemail from Charlie saying the service manager never came in to work and that he would call me the next day. I never got that phone call either. I received a generic email saying "I hope you had a good experience". I responded telling him of my concerns and still never got a response. I will never go back to a Perfomance dealership again.

HORRIBLE. Do not under any circumstances take your vehicle here for repair. I have tried several times with different vehicles and EVERY time they quote me double, if not triple the going rate for services. The last time, which was just a week ago, I could not even get a call back with the estimate! So, frustrated with the lack of response (6 days) I went in to retrieve my vehicle and they tried to strong arm me for $110 "diagnostic" fee. This in itself is ridiculous, since I told them exactly what was wrong with the vehicle to begin with. Seriously, save yourself a headache and just go somewhere else to begin with. These folks are cheats and thieves.

After my college-age son picked up his wife from a week in the ICU, their engine broke down. He took his car to this dealer for repairs. While there, he told them about his wife and why he needed his car back soon. They charged us $110 to tell us that a car with 73,000 miles was totaled and would require over $6,700 in repairs. We disagreed and took it to a repair shop in Draper who fixed it in two days for $1,200! Its terrible that the dealer would try to do that to anyone but in this instance, it is despicable! I will be sure to avoid this dealer and tell others to do so as well.

Made appt. for an air bag inflator recall one week in advance. Went in to get replacement inflator replaced as per appt. Service advisor stated that he inspected the vehicle and would order the part. This was after I had been sitting in the waiting room for 90 minutes. They told me part would arrive in about a week. Why did they not order the part a week ago? They have the yr. Make and model of vehicle. This dealer is a total waste of time. Will not go there again.

Do not waste your time on this shop, earlier (around 12:30) i called and let the phone ring 20ish times as i did not want to waste my time driving to salt lake for a repair, i just called again figuring maybe they were at lunch and the lady who answered the phone transferred me straight to voicemail find a dealership with customer support, if i cannot even get a hold of an adviser there is no chance of me spending money at there shop
