HORRIBLE everything!!! I dropped off my vehicle for a free diagnostic and a signed " work order" not a legal contract for authorization for any other work. They had my car all day with absolutely no update as to what was wrong so I called since they didnt. When I call they say oh by the way you had a broken EG valve so we had to replace it to run the test and had the nerve to try and have me pay for it on top of 105 for the diagnostic that was said to be free. The manager Keith is a complete rude unprofessional jerk who should not be in charge of anything in any proffession. After arguing about feeling scammed and I should not be liable for a decision they chose to make without my knowledge or permission he hung up on me. When I called back another guy answered and was just as rude. They said we will put ur broken EG valve back on and you can pick up your vehicle as long as you pay the diagnostic fee..I also asked for corporates number he tried giving me a local number and when i asked him if it was acurate he made a smart ass comment saying no i just gave u a random number and he too hung up on me...first of all my eg valve was not broken when I took it in and second of all I never signed a contract that is legally binding to hold my vehicle.I am beyond appalled by the lack of respect for customers that keep your doors open as a business. I hope after reading all of the horrible reviews of this location and reading some of the replies from the owner that the staff is seriously reprimanded and replaced with honest people who make decisions that are right and fair. I feel completely scammed out of 105 dollars I was saving for my sons graduation!!! What a joke I want my money back and hope corporate monitors and holds people accountable for all of the things this 1 location has done to hard working people...complete con artists!! I will definitely read reviews on every place in the future....

Horrible customer service. Whoever was at the counter (didnt have a name tag) was dismissive and had zero interest in helping me out. I asked if they accepted the Groupon that was currently out and he said no. So I said ok, then Ill use my military discount. He said they didnt have one. I asked why not if their website said they did. He rudely said "because we dont combine it with coupons" I told him I didnt have a coupon... To which he responded "yes you do, its the one on your phone" I showed him my phone which was on the Midas page but they didnt have any coupons for oil changes. He then replied "well it must be on the frys Val pack or something but I cant do the military discount". I am going out of town tonight and had no time to go anywhere else, so I agreed to pay full price for the oil change and ask how much it would be. He said 69 for a synthetic blend because of the year and model of my car, 2014 Optima. I told him they have always told me conventional oil was fine, to which he responded that I was being sold wrong stuff since I didnt know what I was talking about. So again, being out of time and options, I agree to the 69 dollar oil change. After all of that he tells me they are closing and are not taking any more vehicles. It was 5pm. An hour before closing, and there was only one other person there waiting for their car to be done. I dont know how anyone continues to go there. There are many options when getting cars serviced. I will never be back here again.

Called early this morning at 8am to schedule an appointment for an oil change. The man who answered the phone explained to me that they dont take same day appointments but I could come in at 3pm because they were pretty slow. I got there at 3 and he told me that it would be 3 hours to get my oil change if I wanted to come back and pick my car up. I was totally fine with that. While he started putting me in the system I was texting my husband to come pick me up so I didnt have to sit in the hot waiting room while being 8.5 months pregnant. The man asked me what I was doing on my phone or something close to what are you about to show me on your phone. It was a little rude and off putting. I said nothing but I do have a Groupon if you need to see it. Then he said no we dont accept those if youre a walk in you have to make an appointment. Hahaha what? I said I spoke to you this morning and you said I could make one. Then he said you can make one now for the future if you want to use it because we only accept a certain amount of Groupons per a day. I said no thats okay. Id rather take my business somewhere else before coming here again. I hate companies that like to get you in the door with these Yelp and Groupons but feel hurt and become rude when you try to use them. I hardly doubt they reached their limit on a Tuesday but who knows. They like to make up their own rules as they go along.

I had THE WORST experience. Jose and Andy are NOT CERTIFIED and if they are they got their certifications out of cereal boxes. I brought my brand new car, in great condition, in to get just an oil change. First, they quoted me 15 minutes. I waited over a hour and then when I paid they told me they didnt have the key for the tires to rotate them, which I had but they never requested, and that if I wanted I could give them the key WAIT ANOTHER HOUR to get a rotation I ALREADY PAID FOR. Then when I leave I get about two miles down the road and my car stalls abd wont start. I call Midas and the first tow THEY sent out my car halfway up the bed and then it breaks free and rolls down almost hitting and totaling another car. When I finally got the car back to Midas they claimed it was something they did to the coolant. I come back the next day when everything was supposed to be fixed and find out I now owe then a tow fee of $100, they arent claiming the damage and they want $400 now to fix what THEY CLEARLY BROKE. Im outraged at the lack of respect and decency in the establishment and I pray that no one gets taken by these CON ARTISTS again. PLEASE DONT EVER USE THIS MIDAS!

Where can I start? This Midas is by far the best one I have ever gone to. Mikey the technition is incredibly talented and is the only mechanic I will ever let touch any vehicle I own, not only is he by far the best mechanic Ive ever met but Carlos is also just incredible. He works with customers so well, hes always so welcoming even when theyre swamped and the lot is full of cars, he still manages to have a huge smile on his face and reassure the customers and make them feel at home. It is worth the 2 hour drive to get my car worked on here. I will always reccommened this Midas as the best shop due to the incredible workers (Mikey and Carlos especially) and the great prices set by the owners! Thanks for being so great and always doing an incredible job. You really are the people who make this shop so great! Keep it up, boys!
