I have gone to this firestone for quite some time, I have a buddy that used to work there. I have never really had a problem in the past but more recently when we had gone there some tech left his wrench attached to my wifes car which was scraping along the ground causing added wear to the vehicle. My most recent experience makes me never want to go back. I was told that I had a light out and was asked if I wanted it replaced for x amount, to which I responded "no." I was also told that my tires were going to need replaced soon and they asked if I wanted to take care of that that day while my car was in for free lifetime rotation and alignment to which I responded "no." at which time I was told that since they werent providing those services my car was ready for pick-up. 15 minutes or so after I was told that I could pick up the vehicle I arrived at the shop where I was informed that the vehicle was not yet ready and I ended up waiting another 5-10min (not such a big deal by itself.) Once it was ready I drove it to the jiffy lube about a hundred feet or so on the other side of the street where I was told that all my lights were working fine (which seems odd since that is not what firestone said but I double checked it myself.) later that day once I was well into my road trip I noticed that the steering wheel was at about a 20-30 degree angle just to go straight. When I talked to my buddy that used to work there he said they screwed it up and that when he had just taken his car in about a week ago it was the same deal. after our trip my tires look really bad, no doubt I will need new ones now. when I mentioned it to store manager he was in disbelief that it could have left the shop like that. Once they were done with the Tech told everyone that I had replaced the second tie rod (not true.) The store manager treated me like I was an idiot that of course the alignment was off if I replaced the second tie rod, the only problem is that I hadnt and he even had someone check the other side to see if it was a new tie rod to which they said it looked "newer." I dont fault the tech that said it looked newer because the boot didnt look terribly old but I havent replaced it in the 4.5 years I have had the car.

Ok... so... had a very scary and upsetting situation yesterday, however after today i have to say i will always and i do mean always go to Firestone for whatever i can. Especially the one on 5400 south and 4000 west with the awesome manager named Chet! So heres the story, i got my tires rotated on April 30th, about 2 weeks ago it started making a weird noise which got worse and worse. I tried taking it to that firstone and have it looked at and they couldnt get me in in time so i went to another mechanic. Turns out that the lug nuts were not tightened completely on April 30th and so the tire had slowly been falling off! Thank God it didnt fall off while i was driving. When i got to the mechanic i had one lug nut barely hanging on. I had to replace the studs that you screw the lug nuts onto and the lug nuts, $85. But Chet, he made it right, he apologized and refunded me the $85 for the repairs! He had no control over what happened, people are human and make mistakes! But he totally took responsibility and made it right! Thats a great company and manager!

((((DO NOT COME HERE!!!!)))) I Went here to get some work done I dropped my car off at 12 for my appointment I dident get a call for 5 hours I gave them a call at 5pm to see what was going on I was told they gave me a call but stated my phone said the number was disconnected I asked the agent what number they called and it turned out they called the wrong number! So I picked up my car and scheduled another appointment I get a call the next day when I was at work to be told that I need to come back as soon as possible because they forgot to tighten my lugnuts!!!!! So after work I go back and they tighten my lugnuts witch could have cost me my life and others and when I do go back to for my appointment to get work done on my car again they charge the wrong account because I was at work and payed on my firestone card on the phone so end up at firestone for 45 minutes trying to rectafy there mistake. Do yourself a favor dont come here.

Ive been going here for regular oil changes and everyone is very honest and friendly. I had a terrible experience with buying tires at a commercial tire up in Idaho and was being lied to so I decided to go to this firestone for an alignment which was quick and the service was above par. The guys working the desk are awesome and not pushy at all. Everywhere else I go they try and come up with things I absolutely need to do or things they think are wrong. The only thing theyve done here is print a sheet showing me things to keep an eye on matching the mileage such as having an air filter, coolants, etc. changed at this milestone which is not only helpful, but kind. I have nothing bad to say about this place and if I ever need new tires I will definitely be going here!

By far the best experience I have ever had with any car troubles. I called on short notice with two flat tires and needed them to put on a brand new set of tires purchased from somewhere else. They gave me plenty of time to arrive even though it was cutting it near their close time. They then tried multiple different options to give me the best deal. Even though I am a young female they NEVER tried to rip me off. At the completion of my tire change I proceeded to hang with the 3 mechanics on duty until close because they were so respectful and personable. For over an hour I was honored with their presence. I will never go anywhere else. The best service for the best price.

What a useless place. I set my appointment almost two weeks in advance. I was assured that my set of Firestone Firehawk 500 were ordered and they will be waiting for me when I would arrive for the appointment. I arrived to replace my bald set of tires in the anticipation that my ordered set of tires would be ready to install. A young attendant informed me that the set was not in stock and they would have to be shipped in from other Firestone branches in the area. Due to time constraints, I didnt want to sit and wait for 2 or more hours without guarantee that other places would have a set of tires for my car.

We love this Firestone Complete Auto Care!!! We have had front end alignments done and bought tires. We have always been treated with professional service. As I write this can not remember all the names of the guys who have helped us. Sorry about that, but every single employee has been awesome. We got a great deal on the last set of tires we bought for our truck!!! They are fantastic-great looking set of Defenders. And they gave us a Fantastic Deal!!! We will always bring our trucks and cars to this Firestone. Thank you guys for being a great place to do business..
