I had my oil changed here on 10/3/2016 for my 2013 Ford Escape. We were leaving for the week to New Mexico. To my surprise, when we got to Albuquerque it sounded like things were flying off from under my vehicle. My husband looked underneath it, and sure enough the undercar shield was hanging on by only 4 screws (it needs 10). We had to take it to a Ford dealership to get additional screws so parts dont continue to fly off. Im just thankful it didnt pop my tires or cause us to wreck. I wont be going back to this location for this reason.

This place is awesome! Although they dont take appointments, they also dont b.s, as soon as you get here, they get to it. I really recommend coming here if you are looking to not waste hours waiting at your typical pepboys
