I wont be bringing my business here again. I took my car in 20 minutes after opening on Saturday morning (they told us on Friday to bring it in anytime, no appointment) in hopes of getting in before busy hours. I have a 2 year old and 8 month old, so trying to wait in the shop is not reasonable for me or anyone there. I was told the car would be taken care of today, and a friend took me home. They called around 11:00am with the diagnoses, I approved the charge, and they again said it would be done today. At 4:00pm I hadnt heard back, and gave them a call. I was told my car wouldnt be STARTED until Monday - when I have to work and only have that 1 mode of transportation for my kids and I. It was a big mistake to take my vehicle here for - instead of going literally anywhere else. Unless you want to sit in the shop for 8 hours, they wont touch your vehicle. Fast forwas to Monday at 1PM. I called to find out when I could pick up the car, and was told that they Didnt have time to get to it today. [Insert profanities here *in my head*]. I called Burts Brothers in West Jordan, and they told me thats a couple hours job and could have it done tomorrow... Needless to say I told Less Quality Schwab to leave my car on the lot and Ill take my business elsewhere. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE.

Im on a trip to Vegas, realised we had a nail in our tire. The lady at the register started helping then took a phone call. Not sure why when you call in your more important. They would not fix our tire for 1.5 hours. Im disappointed in the lack of professionalism and not wanting to help with a simple flat. We instead went to Victors tires down the road . They where very helpful and took the time to help us right away even though they were just as busy.

I blew out a tire near the sand dunes and hobbled my way into Tooele on my spare. I arrived at Les Schwab and asked if they could patch my flat tire. They did so in a timely manner and quickly swapped out my spare tire with my repaired tire. They even put away the spare tire nicely into my trunk. It took them less than 20 minutes and only cost $14. Great service at a great price. Thank you Les Schwab Tooele!

The customer service here is fantastic. I one had my wheel bearings torn apart and was in desperate need to have the bearings pushied out of the hub assembly. I showed up 15 minutes before closing and they stayed late to finish them for me that day. Very knowledgeable and always pleasant to work with. They are easy to find from the main road and are very accessible for any type of vehicle even a semi.

While on vacation, my tire was punctured by a drill bit in a construction area. I took my car to a didferenr store to have it repaired and was told I would need a new tire. That store didnt have what I needed in stock so I took it over to Les Schwab to see if they had what I needed. They did have what I needed in stock, but were able to repair the tire instead! Thank you for being honest and trust worthy!

We are new to the Tooele valley and this is hands down the most welcoming, professional, courteous, and service oriented business we have dealt with in the 9 months we have lived here. I have been in 4 times for service and because of how well we were treated, we gave them our business on a new set of tires. We plan to make this our new home for tires. I am so impressed with the professionalism and kindness of Curtis and all the staff here! I took my car in for a break inspection because the breaks were squeaking. As it turns out, they were fine! They just needed a little grease and theyre great!!!! Anyone else would have replaced them and taken me for a ride. I will always bring my car here for the quality of service and they deserve a 5

Went there today just to have my new tire put on my rim and get it balanced And put on car so i could get off my spare donut and there were only 2 cars in the bay with 1 mechanic at each car. And then 3 standing around I go in and the guy said its gonna be a 3 hour wait. Not happy today because I been on my donut for a few days trying to get in and i bet it will be this way tomorrow to

Ive purchased three complete sets of tires from Les Schwab in Tooele in the past year. Ive been in for one rotation and one alignment so far as well. Each time, I have been treated very well, and have been pleased with their work. The staff in this shop seem knowledgeable and thorough. I also find that the waiting times are very reasonable. I will definitely keep going back.

I have given this Les Schwab several chances and unfortunately every experience has been less than stellar. I have actually had a account with les Schwab for 18 years and this store is the only one I have had issue with. The customer service and speed of service is not typical of any other less Schwab I deal with. I really wish it was because it is the closest to my home.

They went above and beyond to make me happy. The studs and lug stripped on me, they were the last to touch my tires. I called them, they said do your best to get back there and they can help me. Was able to get the lugs back on and drove to them.they replace all 20 studs and lug at no charge. Justin the assist manager is the bast. I am customer for life.

I have been a les Schwab customer since I was 15 years old, almost 40 now, most locations are great, tooele is the absolute worst les schwab I have ever been to. Terribly long waiting for services like tire rotations. They never have anything I need on inventory and their technicians are lazy and terribly trained. Step it up tooele!!

I called Les Schwab after getting a run around from other tire places to get a price on patching a tire. The guy i spoke to told me to bring it in and not worry about the cost. Ill always come back here for tires or tire repair. They are very nice, very professional, and have great quality work. Thanks Les Schwab for helping me.
