WORST & FRAUDULENT Auto repair in Phoenix. I moved to Phoenix from England UK and this was my first oil change in USA. These people are thieves. I purchased Oil Change through Groupon and when I took my car for Oil Change they told me the car will be ready within 45 minutes. After 30 minutes they called me and told me that I needed work done on my car because the wheel was about to come off because of the broken bearing and it would cost me around $2000. I told them that I will fix that another time but they said that the car was lifted on the jack and they had taken off the wheel and they could not put the wheel back on because the part was broken therefore, I could not drive the car and I had to order a truck to take the car to my house and then to the garage to b fixed. They also said that they will try to find cheaper second hand part for me but that would take 3 days. I had no choice but to leave the car with them and I rented a car from Enterprise for 3 days. After 3 days, they called me in the morning that they could not find secondhand part but he will fix the wheel for $1618 and the car will be ready by that evening. I ended up paying $1618 but when I consulted other mechanics later they told me that I was being ripped off because of the fact that I am a foreigner with British accent. Please be aware of this place and if they tell you that your car needs other service than you asked for, just walk away and make sure you tell them in advance that you will not pay anything extra no matter what kind of fault they find in your car. They used that trick on me that I could not drive my car therefore, I had no choice but to have it fixed by them. These people are thieves and con-artists and I will never ever go there again.

I love the fact that I get HONEST evaluations, TOP QUALITY service, and TRUE warranty on work performed. Plus, they make you feel welcomed and appreciated. Before moving to The Valley the only place that worked on my car was the Acura dealership in Plano, TX. I had a trusted adviser who was honest and trustworthy. However, I have not found that to be the case with the Acura dealership here in Peoria nor with the Toyota dealership (for our other vehicle). I was SO FRUSTRATED until I found CarLife. I trust these guys with the life of my vehicles which ultimately means the safety and security of my family when we are in these vehicles. They shoot straight with you about ALL the work that needs to be done, but will help you prioritize and stage the work if getting it all done at the same time doesnt fit the budget. They are interested in earning your trust and building a relationship with me/you, the consumer, for life. As long as I live in The Valley, I will never take my car anywhere else. They even were able to get authorization from Toyota to do warranty work on my wifes vehicle. So, these guys are top-notch... and TRUSTWORTHY.

First time here, dropped in on a whim trying to save money on an oil change for my Mercedes Benz. It also had an oil nut/pan issue from the previous owner which I was concerned about. They fixed the problem and ordered a new nut, no problems. Everyone is very nice, patient, and explains everything in a simple way. Very straightforward and honest. They have a dedicated tech for European vehicles, so no quality control worries there. I will definitely be returning here for more service work! (the dealer wanted $149.99 + parts, Carlife charged $61.26 + the nut!)

The shop charged FULL PRICE FOR FAULTY WORK. Thats wrong. They performed an Evac&Recharge that they had to have known would not fix the system, because the evacuation of the system also indicates any large leaks in the plumbing before advancing to the recharge, and the shop reported a massive leak between the compressor and condenser. However, they proceeded with no regard to the indications, and charged $200. They were professional and the waiting room was comfortable, but that doesnt compensate for lying and exhorting money from customers.

I visited CarLife for an oil change a few weeks ago. Not only were the guys helpful, friendly, and ridiculously fast, but they also gave me a great deal! Not only was I able to use the money I saved to go shopping (the mall is across the street), but they let me leave my car there while I shopped! Upon arriving back in the repair shop with my arms full of bags, I was offered chocolate, a bottled water, and was able to use their bathroom, which was prettier than mine at home! Thanks CarLife!!! Ill see you in 3,000 (miles that is).

Ive been going to CarLife for years and have never had anything less than a great experience. They have dealt with many of my different cars and always taken great care of me. The majority of my interactions are with Rebekah who is knowledgeable and has sterling customer service skills. Everyone else is just as helpful. Its great that I now get an electric copy of my service, inspection and recommendations. Theyve always been honest and flexible when it comes to repairs. The waiting area is also very nice, clean and quiet.

Went there after being treated like a number at the dealership.. I had even been to a different repair shop nearby that seemed very unprofessional. I read reviews of car life which is why I chose to take my car there. I was surprised. These guys were great. Was treated as if I was person and important, something some places have just lost the ability to do. Joe and Lee were great. They explained everything, no pushy sales, and turned out to be a better price than what I was expecting. Thanks guys!

I do not normally give reviews, but this carlife location has performed above and beyond my expectations. Rebekah has been very helpful and knowledgeable during every phase of the repairs on our vehicles. I have repeatedly entrusted the repairs on my vehicles from the smallest problems like a sensor replacement to an entire engine replacement. Even though we moved 12 miles away we will continue bring in our vehicles to you. Thank you very much for your dedication to our complete satisfaction.

Highly recommend - trustworthy, fast, knowledgeable about the latest automotive technology, and they get you in/out fast. I went in for an oil change, and they let me know my battery was only at 50% BEFORE I got stranded somewhere with my kids. And they pulled a nail out of my tire and patched it! If you live in the Arrowhead area of Glendale, AZ, there is simply no other choice for where to take your car. This is the auto shop to use. Id even send my mother here (sorry, guys).

I woke up at 8am this morning, fed my kid, made my self cup of joe, and went to carlife for service. Rebekah was really nice and very friendly. The waiting area are cozy , neat and very clean. I explained to her what I need for my car, and even talked with my husband on my cell ( he is in Palmsprings CA for business trip), We both very pleased with their service. We will definitely come back next time. Love it. I strongly recommend Carlife auto repair and service.
