A few months ago I took an 02 Infiniti Q45 to Trend Auto to have the water pump replaced. I had been waiting until I had around 3k miles, but the car is a bit of a garage potato and this review is long overdue. In short, the repair was prompt, professional, reasonably priced and solved the problem. This shop had been recommended by a friend and being a small, relatively new, shop I had some reservations. Upon seeing it and meeting the owner I was impressed and my worries subsided. It was as clean as the dealership and just as professional was the service. The work was done on-time, on-quote, and for a price on par with bigger, non-dealer shops. Amazing when you consider almost no OEMs make parts for this car and they ended up getting the pump from Infiniti so the work could be completed on schedule. There was a "shop-supply" fee which I wasnt used to seeing but that is something that other shops stick to you through sly mark-ups, nice to see it up front for a change. When I picked up the car the owner sat with me and explained the quirks of the engine design. In the end they replaced the water pump but also found a bad idler pulley, which was the culprit to the rattling noise, and flushed the radiator to complete the repair. You cant ask for much more than the competent, professional, personal service and value you get from Trend Auto Repair. I will have no hesitation in taking my next repair or service to this shop.

Well let me first say that the owners are fabulous people. Shawn and Erika are service orientated professionals and that makes for me a much better relationship. I myself am a fairly knowledgeable, mechanically inclined person but I lack the patience or skill Shawn has developed during his career. He absolutely stands behind his work, and does a great job in a timely fashion. They dont just shove your car thru they take the time to check it out kind of like a Doctor at a regular checkup. I feel confident when I travel to remote destinations like Mexico that I will be driving back in the same vehicle I went in. They have serviced most of my mechanical needs on about 9-10 vehicles over the years. Whether its Chris or Erika at the front end you always get a smile. Thumbs up!

I forgot to leave a writeup for this place for awhile. However...it is time. They took care of me like most ANY customer would expect. They fix it right the first time. If there are problems....they stand behind their work until it IS fixed correctly. Both the owner and his wife are very welcoming and easy to work with. Unless something crazy happens...I will continue to take my car(s) back here for a time to come. Update..bc I have now left the area. Take your vehicles here. I have sent others as well as my families. Couldnt be happier with the service I received over my 2 years in Phoenix.

My family and I have relied on the expert advice and top notch service at Trend for several years. From diagnostics to repairs, their genuine and professional approach has always exceeded my expectations. We have taken 7 different vehicles to them with consistent excellent results. Even when one of my "problem child" minivans gave us all fits, they doggedly pursued the solution. I will not buy a used car without taking it to Trend Automotive first! They have saved me thousands of dollars by avoiding the purchase of bad vehicles with hidden problems.

I love this place, At first I was scared because I had another shop tell me it would cost $1,400 to replace the O2 sensor because it was striped out so they would have to replace the whole unit and Trend Auto Repair was able to do it for around $200.00. I couldnt believe it. They were so honest and went through the whole car with me even showing me what was wrong. They were very upfront on all fees and cost to repair even calling to make sure we could go ahead with the work. I will never go any were else again

I lived in AZ only for a year and I had great service from a Merlin Muffler Shop when I lived in IL. Looking for a new repair shop is not easy. I was leaking antifreeze and I drove it there and they took the time to to diagnose the problem when I didnt have an appointment. My radiator was cracked and told me up front what it would cost. They also offer to drive you home and pick you up. The turn around time was 3 hours. I will be getting all of my work done there. They will get you back on the road quickly.

i was referred by a friend to Trend auto and I have to say my experience with them has been wonderful. Very honest and punctual. They diagnosed the problem fast and had me out the door. Absolutely adore this place! The shop was exceptionally clean and tidy with an amazing staff! They care a whole lot about customer satisfaction and I didnt feel like I was being sold services that I didnt need like most places will do. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff!
