Ace Auto was absolutely fantastic! I had a boost leak on my 2010 Lancer Evo and i couldnt find it. Even after spending hours under the hood I still couldnt find the leak, which was keeping my turbo from spooling up properly. I finally gave up and tried calling around to a shop that could get me in to look at it the same day, which happened to be a Saturday. I called 9 different shops and they all said no way. I called Ace and they said we could definitely fit you in today. I took it down, and was very pleasantly greeted. They got the car in the shop and we went to get lunch. During lunch they called and said they had already fixed the problem and its ready to go. I couldnt believe they fixed the issue in less than an hour. Zach gave me the pricing up front and was honest. I got there, paid the exact number he told me and we were all set. The car runs absolutely amazing now! I have found a new mechanic shop to take my performance cars and my SUV too from now on. I also understand they have a specialist for small engine repair too for 4-wheelers, lawn mowers etc. Absolutely amazing! Keep up the good work guys!

We had quite a bit of work done here on one of our vehicles. They diagnosed things pretty quickly and were reasonably quick with their work. When we got our car back, there was still an issue. They had replaced the spark plugs, but the car was shuddering and idling funny while on the road. We took it back and they said that they had installed a spark plug with a crack in the porcelain. They replaced it without cost. But the car was still shuddering. We took it back a 3rd time and they determined that the ignition wires were faulty. So they replaced those, which cost us, and it has been fine since. They were relatively quick, with a decent price I was a little disappointed with inability to diagnose the ignition wire issue the first or second time, and how many times we had to go back.

I want to recommend Ace Auto to anyone who wants great service , honest estimates and stellar workmanship on all your vehicle maintenance and/or repairs. When an old lady has to have work done on her vehicle it is at the very least a daunting task to find someone with integrity and respectfulness . I did a lot of research and then took my car to Ace Auto. When I met Jake Jensen,, I knew I had come to the right place. He checked everything on my car and gave me an honest and more that half the price others had quoted me. He did the work in less time that quoted and at the price quoted. He even threw in some things that had not been seen before hand. I was thrilled when I drove home, I felt like I was riding in a new car. Thank You Jake, I appreciate you very much.

Ive always had a difficult time finding a repair shop that I felt like I could go back to... until now. It was sheer luck or fate that brought be here. Since Im a girl, I was very hesitant. The first thing that I noticed was how clean the shop was. Not even Jiffy Lube is this clean. The staff has been great. They communicate clearly what is going on. When I ask questions, they dont just explain the pros and cons of what they are suggesting, but they show me whats going on. On top of everything, they go out of their way to save me money. As long as I live within a good range of this shop, all of my car repairs will be done here. Im glad to finally find a shop that I can count on.

Took our car in to Ace Auto yesterday and couldnt be happier with the service! We got an oil change and had them find out why our check engine light keeps going on and off. Turns out we needed to get a gas cap replaced. Zach told us that it is a common issue with Hyundais and that it was almost a massive recall! So glad he was so informed on the issue! We loved how friendly everyone at the shop was and how they really wanted to make sure you were getting the best deal for your money. Hands down, the best mechanics in Utah by far. Plus significantly cheaper than the local Ken Garff dealership!! We will definitely be taking our car to Ace Auto only!

I had a chainsaw that I needed repaired. I consider myself a very mechanically inclined person, but I got in a little over my head. Prior to going to Ace, I went to Mower Medic in S. jordan and was told that they wouldnt even be able to look at it for three weeks!!! (So, what, get in line?) I took the saw to Ace later that evening. They had my chainsaw repaired in less than 24hrs, and at a lower price then was quoted to me! I am thoroughly impressed at the service I received, and their 6pm closing time is a must for any 9-5er! I will never go to Mower Medic ever again. For jobs I cant do myself, Ill be going to Ace from here on out. For everything.

I had a great experience taking my vehicle to ace auto. They are up front on their prices and have no hidden fees. I needed my window regulator/motor replaced and they were able to give me a quote for the price of parts and labor. They were able to replace it the same day and it worked great. I also had them do a scan on my check engine light. They were very educated on the type of engine I had (honda vtec) and were able to suggest the specific maintenance needed for the vague vtech error code. It was a great experience and they have an awesome, friendly, experienced, and proffessional staff.

I took my van into Ace Auto and was very impressed with the whole experience. They were honest about what needed to be done to my van when my prior mechanic had said that a part had to be replaced that didnt. I felt that they made the experience a bit more personal. Jake is very friendly and made me feel comfortable with the services he offered. I felt that I was in good hands. I recommend Ace Automotive and I have since decided to change from my regular place I get my care repaired to "my mechanic" at Ace Automotive even though the prior one is right around the corner from my work.

Family member had some work done here. He was rude. Wasnt friendly. After engine was replaced and everything was paid for. Check engine light came back on. But wouldnt look at it till we replaced other thing. Wouldnt even tell us what was wrong with it. Said we need to have other thing fixed and if that doesnt fix it then they see about it. My brother tried leaving a review and they called and said if he didnt take it down they would sue him. My guess is thats why they have so many good reviews to so few bad ones. Will not be bringing my vehicle here again.

Jake and the team at Ace Auto were amazing to work with. I have always taken my van to the dealer to be worked on because my husband prefers Honda certified mechanics and parts. However, when we discovered we could save $400 on the timing belt by going to Ace, we were willing to make the switch. We are sold! Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and HONEST. They even told us the engine mount the dealer said needing fixing didnt need replacing. Ace is our new mechanic. We will never overpay for repairs that dont need to be made again! Thank you ACE!
