I had a great experience recently at Gines, I had a broken CV Joint that made it very unsafe to drive my vehicle, Its always scary to try to find a fair place to take your car, I called around and was getting quotes of $450-$550 and some people even telling me to bring it in and well go from there, Gary answered, quoted just under $300 with parts and labor, I dropped my car off that night, as I was trying to find a ride home from family members, I was offered a ride home from them, how nice is that? Well my car was done by 1pm the next day, I paid what I was quoted and they did a courtesy check like more auto shops would do, but they didnt push things on me, and try to make me get it fixed right then, All in all, I could not be happier with my experience and I hope if youre reading this, it gives you the confidence to give them a try and become a loyal customer yourself, I feel like Ive got a trusting company in an untrustworthy business.

I paid 114 for them to do a diagnosis of misfiring cyclinders. They determined it was two bad ignition coils. They also told me the low tire pressure indicator is on. They told me my battery was testing weak and it should be replaced. So I was annoyed that they didnt just put some air in my tires. I am also annoyed that I had to pay 7 dollars for a hazmat fee their store is charged by the state. The man explained that they get charged for all the fluids they change and so they just charge a flat rate. Well I doubt they used any fluids to check my engine coils. So I am not happy that he most likely lied about the charge. I get it all repair shops probably do it, but he made it sound like they used hazardous chemicals to check my engine coils. If you want my repeat business then waive the 7 bucks, unless you use hazardous materials, and put some air in my tires. Its all about trust. I dont trust this repair shop.

Went there about two years ago due to my truck overheating and making a strange noise, paid 100 dollars for a diagnostic. They lied to me and said I needed to replace my whole engine and it would cost 2 grand to fix. Got a second opinion elsewhere and the issue was my water pump leaking and requiring replacement which cost about 300 to fix, parts and labor, compared to the 100 I paid gines to diagnose my truck, aka waste my time and money. I dont think Gines even looked at my truck because I was almost completely out of coolant due to the water pump issue which they should have noticed if they had checked my fluids which is literally mechanics 101. They didnt mention any of my fluids running low in their diagnostic report so I know they didnt even do this basic step. This is probably the worst experience I have had with any business. Would not recommend unless you like paying to be lied to

I was having the death wobble on my 2008 Ram 2500 and was pricing what it would cost me to get it fixed. In researching I found that the ball joints and tie rods need to be replaced. Two other shops gave me an estimate but Chad said "Before we do anything bring it in and lets find out what IS wrong with it. There are a lot of things that can cause that." I thought to myself, "Self here is a mechanic not a parts changer." I took it in and there was a problem with the ball joints but only one of the tie rods had a problem. I was really beginning to hate my truck but now I have it back I love it again. One more thing these guys are honest as the day is long, that tie rod that was good was damaged when the mechanic was taking the front end apart, it was replaced at no charge to me. I have found my mechanic...Thanks All.

My review is on for the tire service that Gines auto offers. I purchased new tires for my ford F250 that I use to pull my 5th wheel travel trailer. Chad at Gines suggested Hankooks for my truck. I must say they have been a great set of tires!. They ride better than my BFGs that I was a loyal customer to and they are much quieter compared to BFGs. I use them on a ruff elk hunt and they preformed great. I would recommend that the next time you are looking for a great service and good tires you call Chad at Gines auto service. P.S I had chad put new tires on my 5th wheel at the start of summer this year. I must report the Commodore tires that Chad recommended have been great good where very nice ride and great load range. Thanks you guys for giving honest value and service.

A couple of years ago, I took my car for its yearly inspection. The front end suspension needed work and wouldnt pass inspection. I took it to Gines and they took care of the problem along with the registration and emissions. A year before I had the same front end problem on the other side and was charged over $100 more elsewhere. Needless to say, Chad and Gary are two of my favorite people now, and they take care of my two cars. The customer service is amazing, and I find they are HONEST and reasonable in pricing. I would refer Gines in a heartbeat.

Excellent experience. Everyone at the shop was friendly and straightforward. I shopped around extensively and they were by far the best price. I also felt that Id received a level of service well above what one can usually expect from chains, or even most dealerships. I consider myself knowledgeable about cars and maintenance and they never attempted to deceive or swindle me. I will return with my business and recommend them to friends. Professional, fair, well-priced, accommodating, and trustworthy.

Gines Service inc is amazing! My wife and I have been looking for a new (used) car and they saved us from buying what very well might have been a lemon! They were very thorough and knew exactly what to look for when buying a vehicle. The staff are extremely friendly and personal. We were amazed with them and will go to them for our vehicle maintenance. Thanks for caring about the "uneducated" and for helping us know which vehicle was the better choice.

I love Gines! The guys that work there are all great- super nice, very helpful. I have been taking all of the cars Ive ever owned here and I have never regretted it! The one time I took my car somewhere else it turned into a fiasco, but Gines fixed the original problem, and the mess that the other place created, and they did it for a very reasonable amount. Not only is Gines a good shop, with great people, but its local, which is important to me!

I was pleased with the service I received. The previous place Id used seemed to be causing as many problems with my vehicle as they fixed. Gines fixed my vehicles problem and performed several other maintenance tasks on it for significantly less than that other place would have charged. Not only that, they also shuttled me to and from my house! Ill definitely return for all my vehicle maintenance needs and recommend them to others.
