If you are considering taking your car to this shop, TURN AROUND AND RUN! This is by far the worst service Ive had done to my car topped with the worst customer service Ive experienced in a very very long time. First I was quoted over $1000 for my car to be fixed when the total after I bought my own parts ended up being only $288 which is very excessive considering $110 of that was just to look at the car and diagnose the problem. Then they day before my car was to be fixed I called ahead to make sure I had the right parts only to be called the next day and told the part didnt fit and that my car was already being worked on so I ended up having to buy the part from them for $90 when in stores it can be purchased for $30. Then I was told my car would be ready in no more than two hours but that two hours quickly turned to four hours. Then once I called the shop to make a payment for the repairs it took over ten minutes to get the balance paid. Then the icing on the cake was the day after I picked my car up after having the battery replaced by the shop my car died in the road twice and the battery light came on. I called the shop to tell them strange things were happening to my car that had never happened before the repairs such as when I turned on the lights all of a sudden now the windshield wipers come on simultaneously which has never happened in the past. I was disappointed when the response I received from the mechanic supervisor was that wasnt something they could have done wrong, and that more than likely it would be another charge to fix this. Shortly after this conversation I reached out to several other professionals indicating the issues that I had with the car and their diagnosis were all aligned when they agreed that the shop more than likely installed my parts incorrectly. I dont mean to be long winded but I just want to give a warning that I wish someone had given me about this shop. Please do not waste your time here. There are plenty of other shops in the area what will get the job done right!

My brother took his car in for service for a new manual transmission. we bought most of the parts for the car. We got the car back 3 days ago today my brother came in very pissed off. I asked him what happen. he said his wheel almost fell off. when he was moving. He just spent $3000 in repair. So im a mechanic too and i know that in order to get the clutch out you have to remove. the wheel the axle and All the shock and upper and lower control arms the get to the clutch and gear box. they Also though a FREE battery in his car too. Humm i wonder why they have any right to pull your battery out of the car that was running fine to begin with. my brother works so hard to make money and pay bill. it is becoming impossible to him to keep giving his money to these people who can not do a simple job right. NOT RECOMMENDED EVER. these guy almost killed my bro. l looked at it today. Im lucky i get to see him today.

This rating is to praise the excellent service I received from North Point Sunoco last week. I took my truck in for an alignment among other things, and was tremendously impressed by their honesty and effort. First of all, when I picked the truck up it didnt seem like anything had changed re the alignment. Within half an hour, I received an apologetic phone call asking me to bring the truck back at my convenience because, they sheepishly admitted, they forgot to do the alignment! Some might consider that bad service, but I was impressed because I imagine quite a few other garages would not be proactive but rather wait for me to return and complain. I have quite a few cars and use quite a few providers. I stick with North Point Sunoco more than most, however, because of this kind of service.

I initially went to the North Point Sunoco because I had a coupon for a discounted oil change. After meeting the manager, however, I was very impressed and decided to return in the future when my car needed servicing. Since that time I have been extremely satisfied with the exceptional level of customer service provided by both Andrew and Hector. The quality of the work has been excellent and they have been very upfront as to whether a particular repair is required, recommended or not even necessary. It is very refreshing to find a service station that is trustworthy and truly understands the value of good customer service. I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and family.

NO STARS. They will overcharge you and wreck your car. Went in to get brakes replaced and charged over $1000. Immediately when I got it back the brakes and struts (which had been perfect before) would continually squeak loudly. Brought it back twice to fix the problem and still didnt fix the problem. Fast forward a month when I "bit the bullet to get struts replaced, they returned it to me even squeakier than before. Awful people, awful service, dont go there.

Frank by far one of the most professional and courteous service managers I have dealt with! Most places you go to just to get standard services, they tend to be rude and obnoxious and seem to not care about their customers. I went in with no scheduled appointment and Frank was patient enough to help me out on such short notice. I got in and out in no time! Definitely recommend this Sunoco and Frank the man!

First time to visit this shop because it is the closest to my house, but felt much overcharged. For replacing a rear hub bearing, which typically about 30-minute work, they charged me $165.00 for labor, plus $7.59 for "shop charge" shown on the receipt which I had no clue what it is! ( I brought my bearing parts in for installation service only). I dont think I will visit this shop again.

North Point Sunoco is one of the few places (and Ive lived in Northern Virginia for 20 years) Ive trusted to be honest about car maintenance. Their customer service is exceptional and a breath of fresh air to the usual. Stop searching and choose North Point Sunoco.

I took my car and asked them to check tire. I also asked to have inspection done. 3 hours later, since I didnt get a call, I called. Inspection was not done, but I also noticed the drivers side door was damaged. There was a dent on the door. I took it back, they said its not their fault. I would not go there.

Reston North Point Sunoco helped me on Saturday when my car wouldnt start. Without missing a beat, they sent a technician to my home to jump start my car. They wouldnt even let me pay. Customer service at its best!
