This has to be the best service i received for my car. My mom had a mishap with my car and caused some body Damage and also some mechanic issues as well. Ifran is a great and honest man he gave me his quote and stuck with it. Ifran called me on a day to day basis to tell me about the car and other issues that my car had. Once the repair was all done he called me and said that it looks as good as new .....He wasnt lying it really does ....to top it off when I told him that I had to catch the train there he told me that he would pick me up from there .I really appreciate that so I was very happy with the service Ifran provided I will recommend this place to whoever needs body and mechanic work I will definitely go back for a tune up Thanks Ifran my car is looking and running great

This auto shop has amazing customer service. Very honest, good listeners, and very reasonable. lots of mechanics do not understand that you have to build a positive and strong relationship with your customers, so that when they leave your shop, not only has their car has been inspected and fixed, they leave with the sense that the service that they received was not a rip off. Irfan and his team are the best I have had encounters with and if I have any issues, I will always go to them. Thank you and continue to be the blueprint that others should follow.

Irfan is great when it comes to auto repair. He really knows what hes doing and doesnt charge a fortune. I get all my work done here (fluid exchange, tires, brakes, suspension, etc.). Irfans shop sees a lot of customers, so often times he is booked pretty far out (i would recommend making an appointment 4-5 days in advance). However, the fact that he has a lot of customers lining up at his door says a lot. Great shop, great guy!

Finding a good mechanic is like finding a good barber, dentist, lawyer, etc. Irfan knows his stuff. The facility itself could use a little updating, but that does not have any bearing on the quality of work that the Springfield Car Care Center performs. So glad to have found this place.
