Ive been a customer for over 10 years and I only trust my cars with Import Auto Service. The professionalism, attention detail and their willingness to ensure all issues are addressed when I take any of my cars in for service are commendable. Ive had one of my cars for over 15 years now and it stills run very well because Ive only taken it for service and maintenance with Import Auto Service. I cant say enough about the customer service and friendliness which is exemplified by the owner and emanates with all the employees. In addition to servicing my vehicles, they have been very accommodating when Ive had issues at the last minute and taken my car with short notice. Also, when I need the annual inspection and emissions test; it has been very convenient to have that taken care of while having other issues addressed. Please note the price is very reasonable and the workmanship is exceptional. As a recommendation for car service, I would not take my cars to any other car service but Import Auto Service. Trust me; when they moved from Fullerton; I moved with them :-)

If you have an old Volvo (240, 740, 940), this is the only place in town to get it serviced. They are Volvo whisperers. I had several persistent issues with my old 940 wagon that my long-time mechanic, who I will not name, just could not seem to fix. These guys took care of them the first time. Great customer service, fair pricing on parts and labor, and no bill padding or unnecessary add ons. My kids tell me the car sounds and drives better than it has in years, and they are right. Import Auto Service has highly skilled mechanics marked by integrity. If you are looking for a great place to have your import serviced, old or new, look no further...this is the place!

Ive been a volvo owner since 2004. I found IAS after taking the vehicle to DB and paying way too much. Never looked back. Extremely professional, thorough and honest.
