Terrible customer services!!!! Asked if I could drop off a vehicle after hours. Was told yes, fill out the paperwork and put the key in an envelope. Called back to get an estimate on the work I was inquiring on. Manager instructed me that after a $25 brake inspection that they would be able to tell me the cost amount. Furthermore the manager would not even divulge the cost for labor hours to replace the rotors and pads on the front and drums/shoes on the rear. It was instructed to me that I can bring in the parts that I think need replacing but they cannot give any information to you over the phone until you have a brake inspection. Seriously what does it take to open the manual and look-up the hours to replace my equipment, laziness! He did mention that a very ROUGH estimate would be around upwards of $700 even over $1000. (My Experience) Ive replaced the equipment on my vehicles for the last 15 years and now I do not have a garage to do it. (Brakes, water pumps, alternators and yes even engines)... Ill leave the choice up to you but Im not even going to go there.

I have a 2006 Buick Lucerne which needs to have the catalytic converter replaced. I had two estimated from a couple auto repair shops of $1000+ for the job. I called Midas shop in Springfield to get another estimate. When I talked to the Midas representative he mentioned that my Buick catalytic converter repalcement was covered by the GM 8 year, 80000 mile warranty program and suggested I contact a dealership to have the work done. I never really would have thought about that. That call saved me a lot of money and the Midas representative didnt have to inform me of the warranty coverage. It is a rare occurence nowadays to have someone give you real help when it comes to auto repair work.

Ive been going here a little over a year now, and I love their personable service. Eddie and Dallas are very friendly. The day following my service, I can always expect a follow-up call from Dallas, thanking me for coming in, and making sure I was satisfied. These guys are honest and thorough. In fact, they have brought me into the shop to see an issue with my own eyes. I recommend this Midas to you if you are looking for a local dedicated mechanic.

Went in replace worn brake pads on an 2009 Audi. Received pictorial evaluation (diagram) of condition of brakes after job -- shouldnt you present that prior to job/work?? I digress. Braking sounds and actual braking worse than before visit. To Dallas, sorely disappointed,... and sad part, came in on a recommendation. Guess will be going back to my Korean mechanic in Annandale (extremely busy shop)...

I brought my car here at Midas Springdield Virginia. I was sitting at the main lobby for half an hour, an old man he is not even bother to ask me, what I brought here for? I waited for 30 mins for nothing. Worst customer service ever. That was my first and last visit to this service center. I will not recommend this place to my family members and friends. Worst...worst customer service. Not friendly.

Dropped my car off for a Check Engine light, after I paid for the service I noticed that something else was now wrong with the car. No one informed me. Brought it back and they agreed to fix it, claimed they did but only covered up the problem. Now they refuse to take responsibility. Worst Car Service in Springfield!

Went in because one tire had a slow leak in a tire. Nate and his team did an awesome job of getting it taken care of and making sure the job was done corrctly. Great customer service which is hard to find in this area!
