This company was the most incompetent company Ive had to deal with. First, they never told me I was going to get my things late so I would choose them as the company to move my things. Once I got to my new home I called them to ask about my things and they said it havent even left the warehouse. So they neglected to tell me my things were not even on the road when I was ! Second, they give you a coordinator that will assist with the move and all the information about it and my coordinator kept dodging my phone calls I had to talk to three separate people on the phone every time I called because they kept passing me around! Third they did not even compensate and were not apologist at the slightest about there bad coordination and incompetence to deal with a move!!!! Please if you have an option of picking another moving company please do and if you are in the military speak up and let them know you dont want this company to move your things! I still havent received my things so god knows what might be broken or missing !!!!!
