Horrendous service from start to finish. They showed up late, took about four or five hours longer than we were quoted (found out later that they got lost and didnt bother to call for assistance). The worst thing was they broke my glass dining room table to pieces then tried to tell us it was our fault. Got promised for months that it would be taken care of, but of course it wasnt. Paid out the ears for incompetent service and was lied to about my property being insured. Seven months later I come to find out that the person we were working with no longer works with the company when I called his personal cell number and nobody answers the number above. Do yourself a favor, dont do this to yourselves. Hire a known company. The extra few dollars will go a long way.

We did not move but we can say that our friends who did, really loved it. People have to understand that we are all humans in this world and they just complain for whatever. Let me tell you, being in the public relations side...get a life and learn to be humble. I am putting this review because we are planning to move soon to Washington, DC and we are doing it with them. Their customer service has been great and their sales rep too...doing the site view for the estimate. I will keep you guys posted on how the move went.
